The only Asian food at Navy Pier even if workers are not Asians. They were all nice and did correct order. Tastes good with great condiments.

Worst service ever. The two ladies that work the register and serve the food have no manners. If you want to stay in business get new employees!!! Worst thing of all I left a tip. I wish I could get it back.

The “restaurant surcharge” they tack on to your bill after you’ve already paid for without saying anything is so outrageous that it should be illegal! Portion size is pretty poor for what ends up being a 20$ bowl of chicken and rice. “Big Bowl” is way off, it should be called “Big Scam”!

Wasted time and money here – DO NOT GO! One lunch was burned and inedible. The other, “orange peel chicken,” had no chicken, only the fried batter. It was more like “orange peel.” $60 for three lunches and 2 waters – what a waste! and parking for about 2 hours was almost $30. The food was so bad and we needed to leave. I am so sorry my wife and I brought our friend here from out of state to see the views and stop by this place. They should be fined/shut down.

Doesn’t taste like Chinese food at all, spices are all off and price is way too high. $25 a piece for a drink and a small bowl.

I honeslty never leave low reviews but this place honeslty earned it $12.00 for small little container for chinese and 11.00 for 4 pieces of chicken and large soda 3.59 refills are half prices the cashier was very disrespectful and took a minute to get my food ready. Food could be better 100x better

I should have read the reviews before :(.. yep cashier is still rude as of today .. and the food is terrible . I ordered Mongolian beef and Lo mein.. It was all in some sort of gravy that was ver salty and the noodles weren’t any better. I should have just eaten somewhere else . And the cashier is definitely not welcoming and responds rudely. Honey we choose our jobs if you are that unhappy go find a job somewhere else.

This food was absolutely disgusting. It was burnt and tasted like stale sauce. I ordered a bowl, took one bite, and threw it right in the trash. I would’ve asked for a refund but the workers were so mean, I didn’t want to deal with them fighting me about it. Ugh!
