Fabulous spot to eat. Christian, the owner, was so incredibly polite and bent over backwards to serve us before officially opening for the day. Warm and delightful atmosphere. Greek salad was amazing! Highly recommend this quaint restaurant.

Daniel was absolutely amazing!! Made sure we were taken care of the entire night!! She was our waiter and bartender and it was honestly the best experience and best drinks made!! She was very down to earth and fun to deal with!! I definitely will come back because of her!!

What a disaster. Don’t let the photos fool you. This place has undergone some severe trauma since this epics were taken. It looks like a clean, high-end establishment, but then you get there and realize it’s very much a dive bar. Nothing against dive bars…just update your pics so we know what we’re getting into.

Gianna and her brother in law were the best hosts during our visit to Skipjack. They celebrated our wedding anniversary with us with ouzo and remembered us throughout the week with a smile. They were also kind enough to let my husband and I use the restaurant during the day as a remote office as we tried to finish up before vacation. We can’t thank them enough. And the food – oh my gosh. The fish tacos were fresh, the French fries were hot and well seasoned. The octopus with Greek salad with full fat feta and olives though stole the show. We fully expected to want to eat out around Marathon all week but we kept returning to Blu Bistro because the food was so delicious. Highly recommend for great food, the best staff, live music most nights and delicious drinks!

First the food was good. The waitress not so much. The waitress got my wife’s order wrong. My wife can complain on her own if she wish. Secondly the waitress sat down to eat when we were done with are meal. Had to wait about 15 minutes before we got the bill so we could pay. Don’t mind leaving a 20 percent tip for good service. This wasn’t.
