Worst job I ever worked in my life for, 4 years. I’d rate a 0 if I could Had to fight through every abusive manager, they worked me like a slave, customers were aggressive and out of control, I was threaten to get a drink thrown in my face, I also face a lot of racism and discrimination and some of the employees were sex offenders. We had a 45 year old guy hitting on girls. The managers were all narcissistic including the supervisor vonesha and Sakura. They had me doing everything at once mind you I’m mentally disabled. I told a manger Malcolm about my disability, he said that’s got nothing to do with bojangles. For ’all the hard work I was getting paid less and no raises, and was told how to do my job 24 hours mind you I never called out of work. And the moment I did a manager named Edward told me to get the F out of his Face. This place constantly made me cry. Amanda was just as rude and demanding. Fast forward now and this place is shut down serves all you right, karma is real GOD does not play , and a lawsuit is taking place for all the traumas and PTSD this company mentally caused me .

They never have enough food, and unwilling to make more. They close at 8pm, pulled up to the drive thru at 7pm and was told “hang on 1 sec”… 5 minutes later I said “hello” and was told “I’ll be with you as soon as I can”. OK no problem (there were not many cars in the parking lot and I was the only one in the drive thru) Finally after about 10 minutes of waiting they’re ready for my order. Can i get 12 piece tailgate box, “we only have 8 pieces” ok no problem how long to cook some more? “Were not cooking anymore chicken, we close at 8, do you want the 8 piece?” Fine. Let me have the 8 piece. With 2 sides of dirty rice… “we only have 1 dirty rice and (started naming everything they were out of). Canceled the order and went to the other Bojangles down hull st who had plenty of chicken. This isn’t the first time this location has failed miserably at what they do. This would make strike 3, all 3 times I’ve been here were bad experiences. Always some issue with not being able to fulfill the order and and they have an attitude when your willing to wait for it, or just flat out won’t. Save your time and aggravation and go to the location down the street. You’re welcome. Update: 2 weeks later and it’s closed down with all signage removed. Nice! That’s what yall get.

The food was good but took a very long time to get it. I went threw the drive through and was asked to pull up passed the second window. I waited and watched several other cars go through getting their food. I went inside and asked about my order. It caused a bit of confusion. I think they told me to pull up and forgot to get my order together. I saw my order being put together while I waited inside.

I would rate this place NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF GIVEN THE OPTION. This location literally has the worst customer service ever. I have never encountered such flat out rudeness and even worse the manager has the same attitude as the other employees. The food is ok, guess it’s not too many ways to screw up on a ham or chicken biscuit. Someone from higher up needs to come through unannounced and experience the flat out disrespect from this location. It’s not a wonder this place was shut down for months and then to reopen with the worse staff possible that is definitely going to drive away business. I don’t know where you got these people from, so desperate to reopen you surely pulled them out of the bottom of the barrel. Y’all definitely need an entire new crew even management!! Not a good look for Bojangles. I’ll take my business up the road.

I have tried to order from this location several times, and they either tell me they don’t have anything I ask about, somehow inexplicably chicken usually, or they’re just closed at some point during the day. On the off chance I am able to order food, there have been one or two times the order was correct. In the time it takes to get here, you could go somewhere that does stock the food they advertise.

Yes I want to share my thoughts. This location did not give me the right food and made me wait for over 15 minutes because I asked for a fresh chicken and grilled chicken sandwich and which neither were cooked fresh and I was given a club grilled sandwich when I asked for the grilles sandwich. The cashier did not repeat the order nor was she wearing gloves. That just burns me to no end with this pandemic going on. Even though she may not be touching food she is still touching money and credit cards. Even without a pandemic fast food workers should wear gloves
