Food is generally good, it is not the first time that we come to this location. The lunch special menu is pretty good and you get good food at not too much price. However, they have a big problem with the service. It is not bad per se, but there is only 1 employee + kitchen staff. I know they have been looking for new staff, but 1 person for taking care of the orders, the food, cleaning, etc, it is simply not enough. Hopefully they will get more employees so the service can be at the level of the food!

So went there recently and I was excited at first since it was big but it got bad. The table was sticky and then we ordered and one of the foods was bland and I asked for soy sauce they gave us a thick sweet sauce I think it was BBQ. When they gave the water there was no ice and I heard they didn’t have any which is fine I guess but the men’s bathroom was the worst thing ever. It had super sticky floors, super dirty toilet, the mirror was too dirty and the handle for the Fossett broke off and there was a drawer in the stall. Waste of $60 . This one is a bit closer but I’ll rather have a better experience by the one in Chinatown

We got the Japchae, Kimchi Bacon House Fried Rice, and Soy Garlic Boneless Wings. I really liked the japchae. It was hot (temperature) and delicious. The glass noodles were very chewy and a bit hard to break. The fried rice tasted great as well but some rice were clumped together and the dish was almost at room temperature. I loved that the bacon was chewy. The soy garlic boneless wings were crispy on the outside and the sauce was ok. I could tell that soy was there but it could be more garlic-y.

Honestly this place is overrated. I’ve given this location a try a couple of times already and nothing has improved. I’ve eaten at this locations before and have done delivery. The location just doesn’t seem like it’s regularly cleaned, the quality of service and quality of food is below avg. I’ve order delivery and each time I have, they messed up my order and it is always items that I *paid extra* for. It’s not even worth the hassle trying to contact them to fix it because they’re not going to be helpful. There’s so many better options for Korean chicken and I urged you to try the mom&pops or anything else that isn’t a chain. They’re so much better quality food and SERVICE. Also no where else I know charges for the pickle radish when eating k-chicken because it’s suppose to be eaten with it! And they can’t even remember to put it in my order when I PAY FOR IT.

I ordered chicken and fries for to go. They didn’t give me a napkins, chopsticks and ketchup. Also every single drumsticks are different sizes. I said french fries but they charged me seasoned fries. I’m not recommending this place.

We have been eating here regularly for the last 4+ years and loved until the last year. The food quality has always fluctuated, but has trended down lately. The steamed shumai used to be a go to, but the filling is no longer recognizable as shrimp and the sauce is very heavy on the vinegar.

Came here a couple of months ago and place had a lot of downsides to it. Came back today and heard there was a change in ownership, and oh boy it’s noticeable. The quality of the food, and atmosphere of the place, was a good, new experience to have here. Service was great and can’t wait to come back here more regularly! (Only thing that is annoying is the parking, so be aware of that).
