First night in our new house- moved from Gloucester and we were starving so we go to google to find a place. Bono’s was in the list and the reviews weren’t too bad. Tried to place an order online but their site wouldn’t accept payment so I had to call in order. The gentleman I spoke with was super cool and very nice. The food arrived within the hour we were told. I was utterly shocked at what we paid nearly $70 for. Cheeseburgers- were like frozen patties and dry- bun was nearly burnt on top. Steak and cheese sub wasn’t terrible but seriously lacking from the description of a super sub. I got the chicken Parm and was amazed they sent it out to be eaten by someone. The best part of it was the plain spaghetti noodle. It was burnt to a crisp and the cheese that was on top was not edible and the chicken was so dry- I nearly choked trying to swallow it. Chicken Parm comes with garlic bread according the website menu- I received what looked like two bread knots- no garlic anything and dry and burnt. The cheese sticks were full of grease and leaked everywhere and the marinara was very watery. So least to say our first restaurant choice was a bust and we will never ever order from again.

I enjoyed the meatball sub very much, and my partner enjoyed his Italian sub. While I waited for the sandwiches, I learned about the owner, his cute daughter and their life, and saw delicious pizzas coming out of the oven. I can’t wait to try a pizza.

Stopped there tonight ordered 2 pasta dishes they were terrible the stuffed shells had no flavor and my daughters spaghetti and meatballs was nasty noodles way over cooked. Never again!

This was a very disappointing meal… we are home sick and wanted to order out. I got the Gyro platter…there was more condiments than meat! French fries were cold and tasteless.. our sons burger was ok but, less condiments please… it

Had a few recommendations to try this place out. Local business, figured I’ve give them a shot. Simple order, cheesesteak sub, regular fry, hot wings, steak Stromboli. First strike, get a call after placing online order and they’re out of wings. Offers cheesybread or tenders as substitute, I go with the tenders. Second strike, I get the delivery, cheesesteak dry but edible, and stromboli was on point. The regular fry I paid 4.50 for wasn’t even equivalent to a medium fry from McDonald’s. Paid 9.49 for 3 chicken tenders. I call store up and ask if order got mixed up and somehow got a chicken tender combo which they offer for 7.50. Fella who answered phone assured me order was correct and I asked “so 3 tenders is 9.49?” He says “yeah”. With me, you don’t get 3 strikes. Complete joke! Should’ve went with my gut and went to Sal’s.
