By far the best wings I have EVER had. Get the ones coated in buttermilk; I promise you won’t be disappointed. Their diverse selection of sauces are all homemade – try them all. And the banana pepper rings are truly an act of God – I crave them all the time. The owner is super nice, and you can tell he has a passion for cooking and feeding people delicious food. We ordered multiple different items from the menu, they were ALL delicious- but my personal favorites were the Lemon Pepper Wings, Fried Banana Peppers, and the Honey Sliders. SO GOOD! Definitely a must try. But fair warning… you might get addicted

Someone said best wings…..not even close. Sorry but mine were shriveled and tiny over cooked….and the gumbo was more like straight rue with some meat bites. I’m going two because the guys were super cool but need to change a few things. That was A LOT OF MONEY for what I got.

Omgoodness…….. I went for the gumbo and fried bananapepper rings. Boy was I surprised. Great amount of food and those rings were to die for. So crispy and little crunchies at the bottom and the dipping sauce was so amazing. Love love love this little truck! Must go!

What a shame. This owner is a fantastic chef. He really dropped the ball when he named his food truck. I can’t tell you how many (quite a lot) of people who have commented negatively about the name and stated they won’t patronize it. Although some may think BradentRucky is clever, it’s offensive and degrading to most of us – especially those in W and NW Bradenton. Adding the “R” to the name doesn’t do anything. It’s still offensive and hints to calling Bradenton residents backward hillbillies. Social media has spoken. Seriously consider rebranding. It’s not cute or clever.

Great experience! We shared the fried chicken sandwich and from the first bite to the last it was way more than expected. Can’t wait to come back and try the Nashville hot sliders. Nice to have such a great place in the neighborhood.
