Hello to all readers! I’m going to say the food is decent and I do believe it’s going to get better! The rib tips are good but at times it could be a hit or miss like it was for me this past Saturday 7/29/23. The link that I had prior to 7/29/23 was very dry but the tips were delicious. What I appreciate about this establishment is that they really care about their customers….. look at the reviews good or bad they are going to respond with a “Thank you” or a Resolution! If something is not right with your order they are going to make it right! I will continue to patronize this business because it’s headed towards “GREATNESS “

Ordered turkey tips and links, very good. Next time I will ask for extra sauce. I also had potato salad, string beans, slaw and spaghetti all pretty good. I ordered pork tips and ribs for the family, they enjoyed it. The 10 year old preferred the turkey tip over the pork. The wings are tasty too. I will go back. I will make sure to get extra sauce on everything. The sauce has a sweet taste instead of tangy.

I personally love this place. The food is amazing! Turkey tips! Pork tips! Links! The chicken, shrimp and catfish are freshly cooked! The mild sauce is the key! It goes good on whatever! The meats are cooked very well! Tender and good portions! I’m glad they have a rewards program now! I treat the family here at least 3 times a week! I met the mom and son and they are nice people.

The first day I went, They were regrouping from being sold out the day before, So the very nice Mother of the Brown family encouraged me to return the next day. I did and I was pleasantly pleased. I was offered sample, I sampled the rib tips, and hot link, that hot link had an excellent spicy taste and the sauce was fire with a spicy kick to it also, in my opinion it could have been cooked a bit longer, but again I came right at the opening bell so They don’t lose any points.I ordered a mini tip and small Perch. The tips were good, but they could be a bit more tender, I was customer #2 so maybe They weren’t quite ready, but they were good and seasoned and the sauce married well with the meat.

On my initial visit, I ordered a large turkey tip and received a large rib tip, which frustrated me to the point to write a review. The owner responded to my review and apologized for the mix up. Not only did she apologize, SHE REPLACED MY ORDER at no charge! Customer service is big with me, and I was very impressed with the owner’s professionalism. The turkey tips were off the chain….best turkey tips I’ve ever had. Brown & family has a customer FOR LIFE….this is my new go to spot for bar-b-que! Great tasting food & excellent customer service…..I definitely will be returning

Baby I haven’t had no good food that actually taste like what it is, amazing. His turkey tips was meaty, juicy n the sauce was amazing. And his chicken baby he might about to take some of Harold’s chicken money, cuz the chicken was everything. I found a spot n highly recommend even though my man thought it was soul food since he got the word soul in it.. lol thank u

Originally came twice on Sunday but they were closed. Owner was nice and offered us a 25% discount next time we came. We came in on Tuesday and it got a little weird with the cashier as she insisted it was only 10% off- seems like they’re giving out discounts and not keeping track of them. They were out of a few sides but we ordered a full slab, order of tips, greens, Mac and cheese, and coleslaw. Everything was pretty good but the coleslaw was too watery and the Mac and cheese had a good flavor but it isn’t really baked Mac & cheese with like a cheese top like you’d expect. Also the greens were just greens. It didn’t have like smoked Turkey neck or anything so kinda plain. The ribs could’ve been a little more tender but the sauce was balanced-I would definitely try it again.

Huni, listen! Those turkey tips were delicious! I’ve never had any that good. The older lady at the counter was very friendly even gave me a sample of the potato Salad she said was her very own recipe. Everybody was nice and it was some “eye candy” in the back cooking, too. Yes lord! Ok, Back to the food. We also ordered the catfish (can’t go wrong with that)…. oh yes, yes and the sauce! They need to bottle that ASAP! I’ll will be returning. I need that Mac and cheese.
