I am so suprised to read some of these less than stellar reviews about Bruno’s in Granger. My husband and I ordered a pizza and breadsticks and both were outstanding. Outstanding! All ingredients was so fresh and so tasty. Before the new owner, our experience was very inconsistent with crust being stale more times than not. We stayed away for at least year but we came back to give it another try and are so glad we did.

Ordered Bruno’s pizza last night, the pizza was great as usual. We also saw they have sandwiches and breadstick. Got the meatball sandwich, Had a real Italian taste to it. The meatballs were huge. Order was ready when they said.

I have been ordering Pizza from Bruno’s in Granger for years now, never had any issues up until the last year. The last 3 times I have had bad experiences. The first time I ordered carry out, when I got home the pizza was completely burnt. I tried calling and No one answered, I even left a voicemail and never received a call back from the manager. The second time I ordered pizza they quoted me 30 minutes, I arrived 5 minutes late and they didn’t even have my pizza in the oven so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. This evening I ordered pizza and the Philly sandwich for the first time. It looked delicious online. When I arrived for carry out, there was 5 employees working, three of them were sitting on their phones. My pizza was done but they hadn’t started on my sandwich yet. Therefor I had to wait another 10 minutes. By the time I got home our pizza was cold and the sandwich was so sloppy put together. There was barely any meat on it, all I could taste was bread. Overall I am very disappointed in my previous experiences with them, as a frequent customer I will be ordering pizza from somewhere else from now on..
