Wow! Unbelievable! My mom ordered for me one time here & I enjoyed the burger because I am vegetarian & it’s hard to find places that cater to my dietary needs. I went back on a day it was raining very badly and flooding w/ my daughter just to order the bean patty burger & I even built a nice rapport with a lady that worked there. We talked about the weather & even talked about spirituality because I shared pictures & my testimony about my daughter being premature weighing 1 lb 3 oz. I went back mainly because of this experience. Today, I ordered a bean patty burger meal. The burger comes with mustard however, when I made it home there was no mustard on the burger. I called to let them know what happened and thought that they would accommodate me for my inconvenience on the next visit, if I came for another visit to the restaurant. I asked if next time maybe they could take a dollar off or not charge me for grilled onions, or something. The first thing the lady said was “no no no no we made it right! There is mustard on the burger!” I thought, why would I call and lie about this? That’s exactly why I told her that I took pictures. She said she didn’t want to see the pictures. Then she proceeds to tell me that she’s not going to remake it, which I did not ask for & started yelling at me asking me what I wanted. It’s amazing how customer service has now went downhill. Back in the day, people actually did care about their customers & their businesses knowing this was what kept a business thriving. I still ate the burger, however, after this experience, I don’t believe that I will be visiting again.This is not because of the food but due to how I was treated. Way to go! I spent over $13 on this meal & would have gladly come back with my family to spend more! What a great executive decision, to lose a repeat customer over and few cents rather than to accommodate & have a satisfied customer who shares a great experience for others to come & spend! Greed vs good customer service! It’s really a shame because I did like the food. My hard earned green dollars will be appreciated elsewhere. Treat people right, they return & you won’t be hard up over chump change. Simple as that!

I wasnt impressed. lady was very rude on the speaker and yelling at me over and over again. i pulled up to pay, said thank you, not a peep from her. she took my payment, it took several minutes….. and then she gave me my card back and shut the window. i was confused so i rolled around and there was no pick up window so i had to find out for myself the window you pay is where you get your food as well. all i ordered was a shake and it was watery and has a weird chalk like taste to it…. not very appetizing. for 3.50 it should be a bigger, better shake. was nasty. theres barely any ingredients in it, mostly just a plain vanilla. Was really odd. no thankyou when i was leaving either, although i said thank you because i work in proper customer service. so yeah. also, its not a burger box. its a “choi’s burger”. alright…. wont be back. good luck to you.

We went through the drive through. I didn’t eat due to have a medical procedure. Just needed to waste a little time before. My son had never been to a Burger Box….although I have. Funny note….this location used to be a Dairy Queen about 40 years ago. I used to walk to this place after summer track practice when I was about 11 or 12. Anyway…..son says burger was an 8….fries were a 9 and the rocky road shake was a 9 as well!! Service was great with a BIG smile and wave!!

Twice I’ve put in an order for a pick up over the phone at the Central and Raider and I’ve been told one price but when I arrived to pay the price is almost $20 more than quoted and when asked why the change the owner became angry insisting the price hadn’t changed. It’s a shame. The food is great. My family and I will not be returning.

Burger Box has always been a favorite fast food burger but we were disappointed our last visit. What happened to their beef patties?!? They are so thin now. I don’t know that we’ll be back.

Second time eating at a burger box and this one is way better than the Arlington location. The burgers are juicy fresh and the vegetables like the onions, pickles, tomatoes are fresh. The bacon just crispy the right way with the cheese melted on it. They even gotten the ketchup & mustard right when others can’t. The service was very fast and very friendly.
