I was just there at about 20 minutes after two on Tuesday afternoon I ordered a honey mustard chicken sandwich. The girl asked me if I wanna cheese and bacon. I was thinking it should have it on there based on the picture but I said yes anyway, the sandwich came with no cheese or bacon was very plain chicken was over cooked. I’m not sure I will have her return. I’ve had enough of the horrible food and service.. the two for five Junior duos have more vegetables on the mend to meet they’re made so sloppily it makes a big mess to eat. The only reason I go here is because it’s close to my house but I need to start going to other local fast food restaurants instead of this one the service is the worst I’ve ever had.. no one takes pride in their work anymore. It makes a really sloppy messy sandwich.. not to mention the three messy sandwiches and a small drink were $17. Everything has become so overpriced. It’s not worth me going to this restaurant anymore..

I took my grandkids to this burger King. WE spent alot of money. Sat in the play room so the kids could play. Another family came in and their 2 little ones came in. Their parents got their kids out, but complained that we were smoking. I asked the manager for his name and corporate number as he kicked us out. I took his photo and he starting being very nasty unprofessional verbally abusive. Calling us nasty, smelly, dirty people, probably doing drugs too. He followed me to the car and was continuing to be verbally abusive. Very unprofessional as a manager. Egging me on to please hit him or touch him so he could have a reason to have police involved. Calling me names etc. He was yelling at me we have a no photo policy. I asked him to show me and he continued his verbal rant.

On the Bk website, the hours for this location say the drive thru is open until midnight everyday except Sunday. It’s never open past 11pm as far as I know because I go by often after I leave work. Simple fix, CHANGE your hours on the website so loyal customers don’t go expecting it to be open.
