I’m writing this review because the service at Mechanicsville and Laburnum was horrible!!! I wasn’t able to order anything because it wasn’t anyone at the register to take any orders. I waited for a least 10 minutes before someone came up the front and I asked him was anybody coming up the front to take orders and he was lost for words and hunched his shoulder as if to say that he don’t know. I told him that this is ridiculous, that nobody was able to take orders. The music was blasting in the back on the food line and they seemed like they were having a party back there with customers waiting to place their orders. After five more minutes I left and went somewhere else…unbelievable!!! I will not be going back there until they can get a Manger that can run that restaurant like it should be ran. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAGS IN THEIR FACE, HOLD UP THE LINE !!!!!!!!! They have one assignment, put your food in the bag. They will not own up to her mistakes, instead they will call you a liar. This is the second time experience at this location — my husband went in this time terrible. They told him they personally fixed the two Whoppers and put it in the bag. First time at this location, the girl was talking to an associate stating that she know she put the burgers in the bag — that’s I was lying. I do not recommend, I was lazy and didn’t feel like going to a place like BonChons because it requires me getting out of the vehicle. Poor customer service to a maximum.

I never have problems at this burger king, every order I’ve got from here were correct until today. I ordered a triple whopper with bacon and cheese but when I get home , it’s just a regular whopper. How do you not add 2 patties , bacon and cheese?????????

I went to BK on 3/30/23, not sure who the cook was but I had the ULTIMATE BURGER experience. I usually go there for convince and grab a few things just in case things go left . NO; this time the burger to mayo to onion to tomato to bread to everything was on point! I appreciate it and best blesssings to all involved !

I placed a mobile order for an 8 piece nugget, 2 original chicken sandwiches, 2 whopper jr’s with cheese 2 whopper jr’s with cheese and bacon – no onion, no lettuce, extra pickle, all sandwiches had onion, lettuce and no bacon. And the food was cold. When I made the comment about the food being cold I was told by cashier “Ron” it was because the vegetables were cold. It was during dinner rush and I did have three cars in front of me but I use to work at a fast food restaurant and yes the vegetables are cold but not cold enough to make the sandwiches cold. I watched the cook place them on the rack, I watched the manager take them from the waiting rack place them in bag and then “Ron” handed them to me. The food should not of been cold
