I had the Whopper value meal. It actually tasted flame-broiled and you could see bits for char from the oven. I loved unique taste of their patties. I haven’t been to a Burger King since the 90’s and it tasted EXACTLY as a remember from when I was kid growing up! I order dine in. The service was very fast and the staff were very pleasant. Two thumbs up to the staff. However the facility is falling into disrepair and needs major fixes to the building and parking lot.

I could not get a shake with my food order due to the fact that the shake machine was broken again!! Whenever I go to the Burger King on Manatee ave in Bradenton Florida the shake machine is always broken. This is the closest location to me. I asked the cashier why that is and she replied that management does not want to pay to fix it!!! Can you believe that??? Maybe if management reads this post they will spend the money to fix the shake machine. I am sure Burger King can afford it??

The customer service was quite bad for my friends and me. At first they mocked only because “we mispronounced an order” when it was clearly understood what we wanted to eat. The discriminatory looks they gave us just for not being “black” were horrible and remarkable. When one of my friends asked to change the potatoes because they were cold, the cashier in a very bad way grabbed the potatoes and threw them in the trash and gave him some new ones, all this with a pretty ugly actitus. Oh, and the cashier was also the cashier at the beginning. If you don’t like your job or discriminate against someone because of their English and color, it’s better not to work on something that has to do with “customer service” is very garbage on your part. Don’t go to this place.
