This store was very slow and service. There was only 2 cars in front of us, and then we set at the speaker waiting for someone to answer us. For like, 5 minutes, we almost pulled away. Except for somebody answered us then when we. What are our food in? Nate told us to come to the window. We winded for Lake another 510 minutes. To get our food, we got our food and went home. And we only live like, 5 minutes away. And our food was cold was not very happy at all with the service.

I stopped today for lunch, it was a little busy but not too bad. The food was delicious but I left one star in hopes of higher management seeing this review. They had one girl in the back making the sandwiches and one girl in the front and then a manager. The younger girl up front was taking orders, bagging them and handing them out. The manager was yelling at both girls being super unprofessional in front of customers. Neither girls wasn’t doing their jobs. Even under bad conditions with the manager the younger girl kept a smile on her face and was so sweet to the customers. I’m not sure of the managers name but she has long light brown hair. She was awful, so I highly recommend if you want to keep business here you need to have some kind of punishment or promote the younger girl to management she can apparently handle situations alot better.

Manager was rude and was throwing the food bags around and when I ordered my food I didn’t get the option to ask for anything else because they immediately told me my total and when I pulled up I asked for honey mustard and to upsize my combo and I got the wrong drink and I didn’t even get my drink upsized like I asked and I didn’t get my honey mustard and when I asked the manager rolled her eyes and tossed one pack of honey mustard at me. This place needs new workers who know what they’re doing.

Went through the drive-thru and asked for extra pickles on my double cheeseburger. There were only two pickles on it!! This is not the first issue I’ve had with this location. Whomever the owner is, needs to step in and take action. There were also health code violations I saw!! The owner needs to see this and take action!! I already called the health department and they said they would be there soon and that I’m not the first one to call.

They just didn’t make a whopper good at all. Way to much mayo, there wasn’t any tomatoes, pickles, ketchup or mustard on it. Just didn’t taste good. This is at the BK in South Shopping Center.

I am editing my review for this particular Burger King. We visited Wednesday night. The dining room was closed and it was drive thru only. We were the third car in line. It took 20+ minutes to order and get our food. Maybe they were short staffed but when my husband placed the order, he had to repeat the entire thing because the girl didn’t catch it. Ok, fine but when she asked him to repeat it, she was giggling. No, we don’t have an issue with people having fun at work but this was after we had waited too long to place the order. The car in front of us had to pull forward and wait because after waiting as long as we did, her order was wrong. Plus, they told her to stop at the first window to pay and she sat there for a while before finally moving to the second window. They were just letting her sit there. I feel like if something doesn’t change, that Burger King won’t we be open much longer.
