If you want to waste 20-35 mins of your life guaranteed then this is the place to go! Also, every time you order one thing you open your bag to find another. I ordered a small whopper meal and ended up with their medium/large drink and hardly any fries. They always severely lack in customer service in the evenings and hardly ever get your order right. If they do get it right, then it’s usually old and dried out. It takes about 5 minutes to get someone on the intercom and the rest of the time is spent waiting on your food even if you’re the only customer (inside and out). The good thing is that you get to hear all the drama going on in their employees lives while you wait for your order and they stand around to gossip.

I used drive thru to order and they said their system was down for 3 minutes, no big deal, I waited and went back around. I placed my order for a #1 with a coke, they were out of almost every drink so I settled with something they had. Again, no big deal. I get to the window and they charge me and give me my food. I let the person at the window know I was missing the other half of my order and he responded with I wasn’t charged. I asked if I could pay for it since I asked for it all initially at the speaker, don’t know what they were doing that they missed that whole conversation, he said no that I needed to go back around. So here I am 25 minutes later with my order completely screwed up and no receipts because the machine “isn’t working.” This location is a joke.

When I want a quick cheat day as Vegan I come here. Specifically to this location. The food is always hot and fresh and they use natural ingredients. I order the impossible whopper off broiler with no mayo and also the impossible king off broiler with no cheese and sometimes when I’m feeling spicy I have them add jalapeños to it. I Am Grateful for the hot fresh food and it’s shocking to me how good it tastes and as connected as I am to my body it makes it feel pretty good and that’s how I know they are using fresh ingredients including their vegetables. It’s worth the trip to come to this one.

This is day 2 of eating at this establishment n it will be my last time, they messed my order up both days. I don’t eat pork I asked them to tell me my order so I know they understand, and still I manage to have bacon on all of my sandwiches. Specifically on 2/22/23 around 11:50am the driver thru order taker was extremely rude. She sounded irritated and almost made me lose my appetite. If you don’t like your job then quit. Don’t be rude to your customers who are being extremely nice and courteous while ordering. I don’t know how the manager is allowing this to happen. I will never come here again and I dont recommend anyone else to. Customer service is your job!!

Don’t waste your time coming . Workers give attitude as if it’s your fault they work there . Waited a while for them to take my order in drive through, ordered 20 spicy nuggets , they filled each with half spicy half normal, top half spicy to not make you realize if you check real quick. Last time I came nuggets were hard and cold .

I ordered a Rodeo burgerfor my lunch. When I got back to work I saw that I had got robbed. Only a single beef patty and some onion rings. It was missing the second patty , missing the bacon, missing tomatoe and lettuce. I called to get a replacement burger . They never answered the phone. Still hungry . Very disappointed . A wasted lunch.
