This is the second time I go to this location. Both times my order is wrong. The cashier was charging me for items separately instead of the meal. When I got to the window I told her I wanted the meal and she “corrected it”. I specifically said no bacon. She was going to give me a Dr Pepper which that was not what I wanted either. I get home and what a surprise. My burger had bacon and the coke was flat. Quality was not good and service was horrible. Tried calling the store but I guess their phones don’t work.

No wonder this location has such a terrible rating…I used the app for the chicken sandwich for two coupon and the accepted it at the drive-though. But when I got to the window, I was told they were out of the chicken sandwich. So I asked politely if they could simply make it fish instead of chicken. Easy solution to an easy problem, right? Odd place that has closed on my arrival 2 times in last month once at 10:10pm and other at closer to 9pm. Listed closing is 11pm. That being said the service has always been nice prompt and accurate outside of those two events. And I’m pretty sure they didn’t have permission to close early so probably lack of supply due to a hurting business on that path to death. Food is what it is. Coupons are what got me to go there but it’s the same thing you remembered you haven’t been in a while and if fresh and made fresh it’s edible.
