I thought that been a new location you would find the presentation of the food to be good, but I was disappointed. The facilities are new and a comprehensive review needs to be conducted on a later date. I order the new Pulled pork sandwich, but I was serve as you can see on the picture 2 pieces of bread with minimal amount of meat. The frappe was terrible. The whopper did not look like the picture, but at least its flavor was ok. I also order a taco and it was the greasiest taco that I have ever tried.The personnel seems a little lost since my order took way more than expected. 2 stars because is a new establishment, but in reality they deserve less.

It’s a bunch of kids working here. Not very attentive to detail. I always have an issue with my order. One time was even double charged for another person’s order. So the times I’ve been back, I try and order something seemingly simple and impossible to mess up. Make sure you’re thorough and always double check before driving off.

The food is usually pretty good. The fries need more salt. They aren’t as good as McD, but if they’re hot and salted, they’re close enough. Burgers much better than McD.

This place does not seem to pay attention to detail, there’s always an error with my order, and how can someone serve raw potatoes isn’t there a timer for the fries?? Tried calling to speak to the manager and voice mail is full no one answers. Our leadership has gone down the drain nowadays.

Waited in the drive-through line for over 10 minutes, finally called the manager and he explained they were waiting for the chicken to come up for the first car in line. When I asked him why they couldn’t just have that car pull aside and keep the line moving he hung up the phone on me, very unprofessional but what do you expect from Laredo! *UPDATE* Did a second trip there this week. Six double cheeseburgers with no pickles, simple enough right?? Not for this store! They all had pickles. The way the manager on duty at 1:50pm runs his shift is a disgrace, go back for some more training please! When I went into the store of course they offer no compensation for wasting your time and getting the order wrong All they offered to do is remake the order and waste more of my time. I told him to just refund it. When I asked how it could be wrong when there’s nobody else in line and nobody in the store he told me to get out of the store and waved his hand at me. Corporate sounded shocked , still waiting for their call back and resolution. May pursue discrimination against this manger.

Terrible service, always get the orders wrong, sketchy people working there. Went to get a burger there at 11:30 and was told they were closed despite their POP and other marketing materials said they closed at 12 and Google also says the close at 12. We ended up going to a different Burger King location and despite it being 10 minutes before 12 they still made the order.

We went through drive thru and the lady was very rude. The hash brown was INCREDIBLY hard and stale we ended up throwing them away!!! They probably used the ones from the night before! Iced coffee was alright and the croissant was amateur! Never going to that one again! Need to get new and better employees!!!
