Patties taste like they were boiled, thrown on the griddle for 30 seconds and then slapped on a bun too big for itself. I do not think it’s real meat. I don’t remember burger King tasting like this 5 years ago. But maybe it is just me. I am in no way trying to be a Karen. Service was great. Place clean and neat. But the overall flavor of BK food has gone down hill IMHO. Corporate should change the burger meat to something better than whatever it is currently. My middle school burger lunches in 2003 tasted better than what I got today at Burger King.

Dirty location and the management is very rude. I got eye roll and snap response after asking for another cup because mine was dirty with a booger or something in it ♀️ the inside is unkept but the staff on their phones in the back. Drive an extra mile pass this location cus your probably gonna get food poisoning at 67th and Peoria!

staff had me wait twenty minutes, and never gave me my food. when i went back to get a refund, they two workers argued about it, never apologized, and didn’t refund me the correct amount. truly garbage/trash/basura/mess. the McDonalds is just across the street. why would i ever go back to this dump?

I ordered two burgers and fries online, the money was taken out of my account, but the cashier said he couldn’t see it, I tried to show them on my phone that the order was accepted. I asked the cashier if he could see it and he stated it wasn’t fuking there. Unbelievable! I tried contacting the manager after I left but there was no answer at burger king on 67 th Ave and Peoria. I got charged but they never gave me the order, just said they could do nothing! I went to BK on 59 th and Thunderbird, they had no problem and a good attitude! Something’s going on at the BK on 67 and Peoria Dr. No one had name tags either. Very weird.

Management wasn’t good at all!! The cashier needs more training from someone patient enough to teach him and make sure he knows it. Instead another cashier was very impatient and somewhat very rude towards him.

Yesterday I was at this burger king to order a whopper for my son. From the beginning, when taking my order, the girl at the drive thru was very rude. It seems that she who was taking the order was upset because my son took a little while to say what he wanted and for that reason she also make me wait in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes for no reason because there was only one car in front of me and nothing else, then when I got to the window to pay the girl who was told me that I only ordered the sandwich when I had ordered the full meal and then apparently the manager or supervisor named Sussie comes out and tells me that she can’t serve me that I had to go to the front and get out of the car and go back to make a new order in the lobby, and also that I couldn’t use the coupon that I gave her because I should have said so when I made the order, she didn’t give me any other option and treated me very badly and I explained to her that I had ordered a meal and that perhaps the girl had not listened to me well but she was very rude, she just said that she could not help me, and she closed the window in my face, I think that she at least could have looked for a solution, something like changing the order but She didn’t, and what I received was rudeness from this person named Sussie. This is my worst experience in a fast food restaurant in all the years I’ve been living in Arizona. In the end, my son had to leave without eating because she did not want to serve me.

This Burger king always closes way before closing time, in which the employees just linger around the kitchen doing nothing, while people try to order, you can see the idiots through the window… They also act annoyed if you use coupons.
