Food got 1 star as the meat was dry like it had been in the box warmer for half the day, no veggies on any of the sandwiches. How does one order a family meal of 3 whoppers and 3 cheeseburgers, and from all 3 whoppers, there was a SINGLE piece of lettuce, .5″ wide and 2″ long? How is it only 1 pickle is enough for a cheeseburger? Why are all the costs going up but quality and what you order versus what’s in the picture are way off on the increase justification?

It’s extremely rare I leave a review for anywhere, but since this BK is right in my line of driving for work, I frequent it for a breakfast sandwich or a quick bite while rushing around. I wish I was exaggerating, but I’d say order accuracy is around 20%. I’m not even talking complex orders, I’m talking about wrong drinks, wrong sandwiches, missing items, small things like “no pickles” or “no tomato”. It’s pathetic, and it has been like this for a year. Oh and don’t bother asking for condiments until they hand you your food, you will NOT get them if you ask for it without physically seeing them do it. For how expensive this low tier food has gotten, the least they could do is the very basics. Disappointing.

On April 6th 2023 I drove in during their grave shift around 9:PM to get a small bite to eat through the drive through and notice their graveshift cook crew NOT wearing gloves. they made me wait 10 minutes before handing me food that someone made without wearing gloves. i told the cashier lady i saw that they made my food without wearing gloves and that i wanted a refund. she takes my receipt and returns a few seconds later to say “it will be returned to your debit card” and I look at her with a straight face and say “I paid in cash.” and the look on her face to be caught faking a refund was enough to make me get out the car and warn the car behind me that this Burger King is breaking food and health safety laws and faking refunds.

The last handful of times I have picked up from this location, there were missing items from my online order. The last time I had received food from this location, The burgers were undercooked and cold. If you like Burger King, go to a different location.

This burger king location has single handedly ruined all burger king locations for me and the family. If I was starving alone in the desert and a burger king location magically appeared in front of me I would still choose death.
