The food here is horrible so I give it one star. The service is ok because the bathroom isn’t locked and it’s a free toilet to use when close by. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because how do you have a 100 foot flag pole and not have an American flag flying on it?

The phone number listed for this location Is either out of service or incorrect. Twice now in the last month I have ordered food ahead of time and it was made incorrectly and items were forgotten. I can’t call to complain or try to fix it because of the number is listed incorrectly. After trying to call corporate about the issue, they said and I quote “That location is a franchise store and you will need to contact them about the problem, we are not responsible for how they run their stores”. So now I’m under the impression now that corporate also doesn’t care about their customers either. After paying for food that I never got and for food that was not what I ordered multiple time, and also not be able to contact the store that screwed up and for a corporate person to tell me that they don’t care is it for me. No more.

I initially rated this location with one star. I visited this location today, and it was very clean the back kitchen is still a major concern for me looks unsanitary. The tables vicinity is clean but I rather see the kitchen where my food is prep cleaner.

Drive thru speaker is drowned out by the cars on I-5 The employee does not get the order right often because of it. Owner, it may be worthwhile to put a poster board or equivalent on the side across from the drive through menu to help block the freeway noise

70% bun and meat, why is there nothing to their whoppers? The Tigard location does better than this. Come on, keep it fresh and relevant people!

No cheese on this sad cheeseburger that took almost twenty minutes to get after ordering. Not a good place to go if you are in Any sort of hurry. I recommend the strip club next door instead.

Ever eat a fast food fish sandwich and fries that seem to have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours or more? You might get that experience it if you visit the Burger King at 17971 SW McEwan Rd, Tigard, OR 97224. Or, instead just go to a sporting good store, buy a hockey puck, smear it lightly with mystery sauce, and bite into it. Then, boil some linguini, let it cool, and pretend a strand of noodle is a Burger King french fry. Mmm mmm, good. I bought a fish sandwich and fries at this location which to my surprise were bagged for me in 60 seconds, which was my first clue that nothing I was given had been made fresh. The fact that the bag wasn’t warm was my second clue. The fish patty looked and tasted like a carpet remnant that had been found in the street after being run over a few times. When I tossed the entire order into the trash after one bite I vowed to get a lobotomy before ever visiting a Burger King again.
