The California Noodle House is just a superb place to eat. Set inside the California Hotel and Casino… think this is a hidden gem! I know in all the years I have lived here I have never been inside… so glad I have now. The food is awesome, very nice place.

What a shame! Beautiful ambiance but tasteless food. My son said we could make better ramen at home. Yup, a homemade instant ramen taste better. The Korean bibimbap was flavorless as well. I think the server knows the food sucks as he didn’t bother asking how was your food. Head to Chinatown for good noodles, not here.

The food is absolutely delicious! My partner and I got the dumplings, miso ramen, and Hawaiian soup for the main course. We were very pleased with the complexity of flavours. Each component was well thought out. I got an iced Vietnamese coffee, which was very delicious. The coffee was very strong which I love. For dessert we had mochi and mango cheesecake both were delectable! We plan on coming again before the end of our trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I always have a difficult time pouring my Vietnamese coffee, so I was very thankful to have the help of a staff member in doing so.

This place is legit!! Came to Vegas for my birthday weekend and since my roommates and I were in the mood for Asian, looked up this place and gave it a try. We split the oxtail fried race and it was the best food I’ve had in a while! Our waitress, Donna, was the sweetest. My friends and I told her it was our first visit to Vegas and offered suggestions to us. We were checked on always with a smile. The food came out pretty quick and the place was constantly being cleaned. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting!

I went with a friend, he had no complaints on his meat meals. And he usually sets his bar pretty high. I had vegan options like edamame, veggie chow mein, black coffee, water. Everything was great. Service was great.

The ambience was nice and the service was great, however the food was bland. It’s lacking the “wow” factor considering its price. The Bibimbap and the Hawaiian wonton soup were bland. I’d personally recommend the Oxtail Fried Rice. If you plan on eating Korean food, I suggest Koreatown.
