Fresh and perfectly fried catfish was served. The lemon pepper they sprinkle on the food surprised me because I wasn’t sure if I would like it or not, but it was extremely tasty. Just enough mild sauce to complement your meal. My preference is for my fish to be flavorful and not bland; it doesn’t require much more seasoning. I adored it. The cashier was friendly and you could tell that she handled the counter with ease, balancing orders and special requests without a hitch. I’ll be returning.

Late post..but a HONEST one ….Mother’s Day May 14,2023 …on Mother’s Day I was wore out during the day activities going to church and afterwards of this and that I decided not to cook cause it’s Mother’s Day and I decided to get some take out and then we decided to go to Captain Hook’s to get this and that for dinner …First time I step into the place ( always order over the phone hubby pick it up or deliver) but to my surprise it’s a neat and clean place and some restaurants be gloom with the gloomy lights this place is bright and cheerful kinda feel to it ..I order my meal ( The man who works there his customer services was on point ) he was nice well after I got my meal he was so polite he told me on the behalf for Mother’s Day the mothers get a free dessert ( I was eyeing the slices of cake before he even speak lol when I came in ) was a nice touch at the end of a long day …In other words I enjoy my little visit and the worker who was in charge was a delightful pleasant person

Catfish fillets be fye(great) and the ladies on night shift after 8 pm aren’t stingy with mild or hot sauce like most restaurants are. Their also good with service and have a nice personality

I’ve come to this location multiple times the food is always on point for. The head lady Cynthia is amazing there was an issue that took place but she handled it in a very professional manner and explained to me what happened there was another wonderful woman there who helps resolve the issue as well. I give this restaurant a honest 5+ stars ..keep up the great work team! *Muah* Thank you all!❤️

I never leave reviews but I was at work and was very hungry came for food and I got a chicken and fish combo. The food was awful. I paid a hefty amount of food I did not eat. Never again. Disgusting. Food look like they were rushing old food.

C Jae is CRAZY to say that the customer service is bad. The NEW CASHIER was and always is RESPECTFUL when I come. I have been a customer for YEARS. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! IF you ever have an issue with your order which is RARE, they will ALWAYS make sure you are taken care of. Don’t believe the fake reviews. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AS ALWAYS. Checked there website for a the price on 100 pieces of leg and thighs. It shows the price at almost $48 but when I call to place the order it was almost $90. When I questioned why it was so so high compared to what was in there website. They said there prices are not the same as there website. Then why have a website with prices on it if it’s not accurate
