This is the best caribou in the entire state. The people are friendly, drinks are always to order every single time I go, and they have a much cleaner store than any of the other caribous in the area. The one on Lexington and Larpenteur is always dirty and the baristas are rude but not here on Snelling!

I wish I could rate once for drive through and once for service. Service has always been fine, but if you wanted to park and sit in store I wouldn’t bother. Its a small busy overcrowded parking lot and you may have to park in front of famous Dave’s to go over there.

2nd time at this location everything about this location is awesome except the restroom; one of the room didn’t have any toilet papers or paper towels could have been better. Well be visiting quite often for drinks and dine in. Can get super busy around 9AM but later it mellow down as well for seating its not that busy you can find many table open for your convenience.

When using a drive-thru you expect that you food is prepared and ready to eat. I have never been to a bagel shop and had to put on my own cream cheese! I understand with staffing shortage but please take the 20 seconds to put on the cream cheese instead of giving little cream cheese cups and knives. Also the bagels were not individually wrapped. Really disappointed and will not come back.

Went there on break. It wasn’t very busy, only one order ahead of me. I watched them take the woman’s order while I sat there for 7 minutes after that. They then told me they didn’t have the item I wanted. The least they could do was say hey it’s gonna be a minute instead I was ignored. Starbucks, Could never.
