From when I was a kid till now, I have always loved Carl’s Jr burgers. The menu has gotten expensive, but I like the food so I didn’t mind paying for quality. Unfortunately this by far was the first and worst experience I ever had at a Carl’s Jr. The hamburger meat was dry and was not even warm. My order was wrong cause I ordered a chicken sandwich not a burger. The employee at the drive-thru only words were “anything else?” I guess it’s part my fault for not checking my order, but I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. The food left a bad taste in my mouth so I dont think I will be eating at Carl’s anymore. Yes the food tasted that bad. Sorry to say all I can remember now is how awful the food tasted. I do not recommend this particular restaurant to anyone!

Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and didn’t receive any bacon, how do you forget the main ingredient. Called the store asked to talk to the Manager and was told they wouldn’t be there till Tuesday. Talked to the “Shift Leader” Caia, she said to come back and she will refund, I told her I wasn’t going to drive all the way over there. I will call Tuesday to talk to the Manager on Tuesday.

Older Latina lady with short black hair has a bad attitude. She rolled her eyes when I pulled up to the window and added something I forgot. Mind you there were no cars in front of me or behind me. Not sure what happened over the last year but the quality as gone down the drain. I gave it several more tries thinking it was just a bad day but every time I end up taking a bite or two and throwing it all out. The meat is just not the same anymore. Even the sausage on the monster biscuit is not the same anymore. It used to be the best breakfast sandwich anywhere.
