Food and service is spotty at this location. Speaking of spotty, no wifi today. Ordered a $2.99 California burger. Skipped the California Sauce and just got mayo. It was surprisingly good. This double cheese burger comes with lettuce, onion, and tomato. Not huge like a Big Carl, just about right for lunch. You can upgrade to a combo for more money. Still a good deal.

Not a great experience for a Carl’s Jr. as compared to other franchises I have visited. The bathroom was very dirty and in need of repairs, the credit card reader was slow and the cashier kept cancelling and restarting transactions on it (seems a bit suspicious), the food was bland, the buns were smashed and broken, the fries were oily and lacked salt, and the ice machine spat out a bug into the cup (ew). Definitely would not recommend returning unless you have no other food options.

The cashier I had was young and not very bright. I told her it was for here and she made some comment about the order number and then when I got my order, it was put in a bag “to go”. You just wasted a bag for no reason. I didn’t want to argue with the staff because it wasn’t worth it…they wouldn’t get it. The food was good so I will eat at Carl’s Jr. Again. Just didn’t care for the careless attitude of the staff.

I went to Carl’s Jr about 3 days ago with my partner for a quick lunch. We ordered their 2 for 5 deal. We got 2 jalapeno burgers. Ever since then we’ve been running to the bathroom multiple times a day. The reason why I gave it two stars was because the burger was tasty at the time. Although the burger was good, I wouldnt eat there because I can no longer trust that they keep their food safe from bacteria

Lovely place great customer service the taste is better than other Carl’s Jr I been to mainly ones around San Francisco and they can’t even compare to this one. Juicy patty, non burn or hard crust buns, to top off friendly smile that u don’t really get in the city anymore.
