Lunch today at Carrabba’s with my two brothers and our mom to celebrate her 92nd birthday. Was not crowded, seated immediately, excellent and fast service. Entrees included Chicken Marsala with spinach (mom), House Salad entree size with creamy Parmesan dressing (me), grilled vegetable ravioli (brother), Filet Caprese (brother). Shared desert was the Chocolate Dream. Entrees were delicious, very flavorful. The desert was awesome, could have devoured one all by my self. Nice touch that the manager came by our table and asked how our meal was and if everything was ok, appreciated that service. Overall a great experience. Will return if in Richmond again.

The only thing worth of this visit was the food. Entered the lobby the wait was 15-20 minutes, got in the list for a party of 3, they called me for a party of 2, when we made clear it was a party of 3 then we were asked to wait a couple additional minutes. Half an hour later I decided to ask what happened because we still were not seated. They then proceeded to sit us immediately. Ordered the suggested glass of wine to go with my appetizer, had to ask the waiter for the glass 3 times and when it arrived, the appetizer was gone. One of my guests order came out wrong and one of them was missing a plate. It tool quiet a while to be able to even say that. All plates were left on the table, nothing was ever cleaned after we finished. Kudos for the food that was really tasty, the stuffed mushrooms were delicious and the food was hot. My sirloin was tender and cooked to perfection. Too bad someone on my party didn’t their food, and the other person got it wrong, was still delicious . I would recommend you go somewhere else to avoid disappointment.

We ordered calamari the food look leftover from someone else’s plate. The salad was the same. I ordered lobster ravioli and that tasted like a package dinner from Costco. Very disappointed. I eat out at most of the best restaurants in Richmond and this place was the pits!!

A group of us had dinner at Carrabba’s last night and everything – service, food arrival time, taste – was great! Reilly W was our server and she did an amazing job! There were several changes during our meal but she always kept her cool and her kindness. She was just a sweetheart! The manager stopped by frequently to check on us, every server was so courteous and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
