The people working at this caseys are incredibly nice. I passed through this gas station on my way home to Iowa and I accidentally forgot my phone there. The people at this caseys were able to send it back to me in a few days in the same condition. Very trustful and nice people!

Some Casey’s stores in this area have been remodeled in the past few years. New locations with new stores have been opened in Princeton and Henry recently. They are more spacious, have expanded kitchens, and are clean. They have larger gas pump areas. All in all, the Casey’s in this area are nice, functional, and…CONVENIENT! (yes, I went there)

The food is generally okay. The man named Tim who works the night shift is literally the worst cashier you will ever have. You could bring seven items to ring up and he will not offer you a bag. If you ask for a bag he will simply tear one off and hand it to you to personally bag your own items. If the kitchen is busy and he is not he will not be a team player and help out. I have seen this man on several occasions treat myself and other customers with the utmost disrespect. I imagine the only reason he is kept around, is because he is a body that comes in and works the night shift. I shudder to think how his coworkers must feel. Hopefully this man will be replaced in time. I will be avoiding this Casey’s and making the trip to spring valley after 11:00 p.m. for the foreseeable future.

I wanted to say thank you to both of the employees working late last night. As a trucker, it is not always easy to find freshly made hot food at the times I’m driving. Not only did they do this, but both of them were very helpful, courteous, and expeditious. They did an awesome job!

Worst breakfast bowl from any Casey’s around the whole USA, whoever works in that kitchen on this morning July 19th 2022 at 5:30am needs moved to different area, they do not know how to cook at all. Please remove them I’ve been to 1000 Casey’s I’m a truck driver and by far the worst breakfast bowl ever. No gravy, hash brown not cooked, scrambled eggs dry and way to much pepper or something in it. Just horrible!!!

I have order from Casey’s all the time (not sure why after today). Their pizza quality has gone down hill for a while now, so I decided I’ll order a burger, drinks and other things for a change. Every time I order I have a message to contact me via phone and I will meet them outside…normally yes this happens this time no. They left it inside the foyer. No phone call. Unless I would have gone to that area I would not have known my order was delivered. To top it off in my comments in my order I asked for the items to be put in a bag because the last time I ordered a pizza the extra’s did not come in a bag, dropped my pizza and had to eat a smashed pizza (not happy) AND again no bag for the several items I ordered.

I go to this Casey’s all the time and never have I had a problem. Tonight was a joke to say the least. I’m pretty sure there was not a single employee there doing their job. What should have taken me 5 minutes took me 25. I called and ordered a pizza and came to pick it up. Kitchen staff was outside smoking a cigarette for 20 minutes while I waited for my food. But when I finally realized she wasnt coming in any time soon I went to the front counter, stood RIGHT in front of the man “working” the register who was playing on his phone….. i had to say “um hello??” To even get him to put it down…. was not pleased with the staff tonight.
