They have pretty good cheesesteaks, however, I would recommend ordering in person and checking your order before you leave if you like your food customized. I’ve ordered several times via delivery and the app and it’s a gamble as to if you will have it made correctly. I prefer extra cheese & meat and I pay extra for such. As you can see that’s not what I got. The first time this happened was through GrubHub and I was refunded my money that I paid extra for. This is the second time and I ordered through the app for in person pick up and still not correct. Just heed my warning and go in to order. Also check everything down to your drinks to make sure it’s accurate.

I’m a first time customer and decided to Charley’s because they were new to the west end. I got the old school, it was a little salty and barely any cheese sauce, they put the sauce directly on the bread instead of on top. I think the bread soaked it up or they just don’t put a lot on it. My sister got the vegetarian it was soggy and the tomatoes were small and not ripe. Didn’t receive an order of fries that came with a combo and the ultimate fries were to come with cheese sauce and ranch dressing on the side. Received it with the cheese on it and no ranch. Will give it another try but will eat in next time.

Placed a to-go order for a cheese steak sandwich. Purchased a medium size and there was enough meat on it to make another small sub the next day. Highly recommend ordering ahead as they get busy. Note they also have a grilled veggie sub for vegetarians or a meatless Monday meal.
