I placed an online order that was ready quickly but I had to stand in a line of 4-5 people to get to a staff member to retrieve the order. My drink wasn’t with it either so I had to wait until someone came back out for me to try and get their attention. Unfortunately it looks like they only had one staff member up front which makes it hard on them to give the best service possible. The plants were cute but there was a lot of people sitting waiting for orders. Soup was delicious but too much oil for me I couldn’t get it mixed in all the way. Sandwich needed more meat it was small for a total of $16. Only garage parking which was another $5 just to get in and out. Overall good place for lunch if you’re in walking distance or getting delivered.

Went here for the first time ever. First of all the vibe is so cute and the moss wall art is amazing! I had the chicken katsu sandwich and let me tell you, that was the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. They need to make that permanent. RUN for it. Like my friend wishes she got that instead. Def will be coming back!

We happened upon Charlotte’s on our walking tour of Richmond and had two of the best sandwiches ever…seriously!! We had the italian sub and pastrami sandwich and spent the next six hours debating the merits of each and which was best!! They have some truly quality beers, too!!

Let me start off bye saying I have ate here about 4-5 times during my lunch break. The gentleman and young lady are always warm, welcoming, friendly, courteous and hospitable. The music playlist will have you grooving and jamming the entire time. And the food will be sure to satisfy your hunger. I used to get the bologna and cheese, which is awesome. However on my last visit I tried the fried fish sandwich on Texas toast. Now when I tell you the fish is fresh, hot out the grease, seasoned to perfection and just plain good. So good I ate it plain with the Texas toast. On this visit I ordered it again. Thanks for your phenomenal experience. Yall, come try them, they will not disappoint.

My wife and I had lunch there today and it was absolutely fantastic! I had the Katzu sandwich and she had the HLT …omg with the she crab soup that was wonderful. If I could give it more thanks five stars I would. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.
