This is a pretty solid, affordable spot for Szechuan food in Chinatown. Strong spice level, friendly and attentive service, but I felt that overall, the dishes were too salty.

We ordered three dishes, which turned out to be the perfect amount for three of us to share.

We are visiting Chicago for a few days and we’re craving some asian food ! This was the best meal we have had in Chicago! A must try for anyone who is craving something spicy and delicious

Got the yibin noodles and they numbed my mouth. The crispy chicken had very little chicken, was mostly dried peppers. The crispy tofu wasn’t very crispy 🙁 overall I would not come back here again. The crispy chicken and noodles were both extremely salty. Also, there was only one worker taking care of all the tables so service was slow

Overall good experience and we like the food. If you like spicy, this is the place! But beware, its really spicy. You can request them to tone down the spicy level. We tried the sliced pork belly with tofu, dry chili chicken and beef tongue peppercorn. Overall

The definition of a hidden gem in my opinion. Everything we ordered was phenomenal and plenty of portions. My favorite as a vegan was the mixed tofu dry pot. The fried rice was also stand out!

We ate here while visiting Chicago. The staff was very nice and helpful in explaining menu items as well as customizing spice levels to suit our taste (less spicy). The food was delicious and serving sizes were very generous. We ordered the Mapo Tofu, Chongqing Popcorn Chicken, and Pork Belly in Spicy Garlic. It was all wonderful!

Amazing salted crispy tofu! We ordered that, the shredded pork in garlic sauce, and the spicy and sour sweet potato noodle soup. They were all good but the crispy tofu was a standout. Portions are big and there was no wait early on a Friday night. Will be back to try more dishes!

Catered from here for a work event and let me tell you… this is the BEST Chinese food I’ve ever had, and it was a hit for everyone that attended our event. The variety of flavors were a hit. Everything was seasoned to perfection and the serving sizes were impeccable.
