I went to order a 4 pc snack dark and it was 930pm they had 3 pc of dark and wanted to charge me more because they turned off the fryers at 930pm and were not cooking anymore chicken they close at 1030pm after asking questions i just left with the words of the employee telling me different restaurants different policies. . Please inform your employees that shutting down equipment prior to close is unexpectable in any company!!!! Thank you it was a ridiculous experience and my first time ever trying your company …

Employees were considerate and professional. Since my husband had to still get his salad from Subway, the Chester’s employees placed my order under the heat lamp to keep it warm. Thank you for treating us correctly.

Arrogant rude service. She refused to exchange the “wing size” thigh for a normal thigh. I put a thigh next to it for comparison. The thighs turned out dry and exterior breading was so hard in some places it was inedible.

Biscuits were raw and doughy. Went and asked for ac replacement and was ignored, and the rest were left to serve customers raw biscuits. They finally replaced two biscuits with 3 potatoe wedges. Not recommended.

This location has issues. The employees are lazy and undertrained. Second time I’ve had horrendous service. Basic things like making sure you get gravy with your mashed potatoes is a challenge for them. They can’t even keep basic menu items ready to go. No forks and spoons were in my bag.

Very disappointed in this place… I ordered the 6 piece tender snack (6 tenders 3 wedges 1 biscuit) .. got charged for the 6 piece combo (not really sure what comes in the combo I never order it).. almost didnt get my biscuit I had to ask for it after she rung me up. Then she didnt even ask if I wanted any sauce. She just walked off I had to get the other lady to get me some bbq sauce. I will avoid this place in the future.
