This Chic-fil-A can be really hit or miss. We used to come here all the time. But, recently the standards have gone down hill… most recent experience: I ordered a hash burrito with salsa for my wife(didn’t come with the salsa), and I ordered the Egg White Grill for myself. When a sandwich costs almost $5, I’d really expect to get an actual piece of chicken. Not a chicken nugget…. Chicken was approx. 1.5in wide and 3in long. See pic.

For the second time they gave me stone hard cookies. This time I checked before I pulled off and the guy at window said it’ll take a long time time heat them up and they can’t take them back. I asked for my money back and was told to pull up and they will bring a fresh one out . I wait maybe 5 mins and this one taste burnt and it’s the same one bc I tore a small piece of the wrapper off . I went BACK thru the drive thru for a refund .
