I go to the drive through and I’m next to be served. I only order a milkshake but instead of bringing me my milkshake they serve the car directly behind me then after serving her, the girl served the car behind them then went and got that person some change I didn’t get served until I asked for a manager and the manager was not helpful at all then another employee came to tell me that I was in the way. Could I keep it moving? I know they are a new location, but they are like mcdonald’s in the Hood.

They are very slow when I go around around 8am. I order ahead for mobile pick up, still having to wait… with only one drive thru lane open. Chick fil a typically never takes long, but the people at this location move very slow and need to speed it up.

Awesome experience with a call in order for a small office party. Marquita (sp) was very helpful and made sure that our order was precise. When we arrived early, she quickly got the order prepared. Everything was nice and hot and neatly packaged. Our team was really impressed. We will be using them again!

I have only used the drive thru and I go maybe 1-2 times a week. At first I was impressed and went more often, especially when compared to McD’s but lately I wondered if they might have hired some former McD’s workers because they’re beginning to slip. Still an overall good experience though and I hope they keep it up.

Idk why they bring people outside to the drive thru to still be slow. Keep them inside, maybe they are needed to speed up the drive thru. Going inside always looks like a disaster. 10 people behind the counter yet I still have to get someone’s attention to assist me when I pickup online orders. Everyone runs around like a chicken with it’s head cut off. I’d rather drive to another location.

The manager with the red short wig is very rude. Wears a pink chick fil a shirt as well. I would’ve put her name in the review but she’s not even wearing a name tag. Her attitude was unacceptable, when I asked for a separate bag to put food in and going to say we have you two bags. Two bags that’s for a 8 count meal and another for a kids meal.

It needs to be a more efficient and organized way to run your 2-lane drive thru. You have cars waiting over 10mins for food, then you can’t leave because the person in front hasn’t gotten their order. This is not convenient what so ever. Late night is even worse. The children need to be better accommodating by paying attention to each and every car order. The only reason I’m writing this is because there were strings of hair inside my milkshake. That really just did it for me.

Okay service but the drive thru needs to be more organized. You’ll get your order before the 4 the cars in front of you and then have to wait for them so you can leave. Terrible! I’d like to make it home while my food is hot. Please figure it out! Who’s idea was it to have 2 lanes outside of one window? They literally have to walk the food to your car. I don’t want you walking with my ice cream cone all out in the open. Somebody wasn’t thinking when designing this one.
