BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE STAFF WHO JOKED ABOUT AN INJURED CUSTOMER! Love Chick-fil-A, normally you great service. You will NOT find that here. Staff is rude and have no sense of professionalism. My wife fell in the parking lot, went inside to get a bandage and the kids they hired made it into a joke encouraging a coworker mockingly to “hurry, it’s an emergency, Hurry his wife got hurt! You’re a hero” all at my wife’s expense. This is appalling that this establishment dropped the ball to let this kind of behavior and work ethic go unchecked. I expect better from a company that takes pride in top notch customer service.

Ordered the SEC breakfast meal, and I ended up getting a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, which I ate since I went thru drive thru and didn’t have time to drive back. Also, I ordered coffee, and I got my creamer and sugar but nothing to stir the coffee. Food was good because chikfila is always my go-to, but the drive-thru order today was kind of butchered.

Horrible service. Tonight was the last time I come here. It’s always a 50/50 shot here with whether or not they’re going to give you all your food and/or sauce. Whoever manages this place needs to do a better job at picking employees and managing them, because no one here cares at all. Chick fil a is supposed to have top tier customer service but this location cannot be bothered most of the time.

If your lobby closes at a certain time, then maybe you should lock your doors after said time and not let people in. Which by the way, I literally watched 2 people walk in before me and they were aloud to order food. I was told that I would have to leave and use the drive thru instead. Great customer service indeed.

The service was horrendous. I ordered a diet Dr. Pepper and an ice cream. Since being at the pick up window at the drive through, I waited for 10 minutes. The workers are very lazy and not customer-oriented. I hope things change quickly because I will not be returning here for a very long time, if ever again. Very disappointed in this company. This is the third location that has either had terrible service or uncooked chicken.

Tonight was awful. One pull up! Young man goes. Yea yea what’s your order. Give the order. Like always fast really no wait. Get order get 2 minutes up the road where we live. Why I didn’t check there I don’t know. Because these days you have too. Was in a hurry to get home Long day. Ok so everything wrong. Drinks wrong, My grilled chicken clue had cheese( when I said no cheese) I hate it. Then it just came right off. So I’m ok that’s fine. Then took a bite. When I say I thought for sure it wasn’t cooked because it was more then cold. It’s like ice cold. In the trash it went. Fries were so old so that went in trash. Husband’s meal only thing he could eat was his side salad. Everything else in the trash. No we didn’t have time to go back. We have service at 6:30. This has happened before and we did get a call from the owner ( who he said he was) That he would put our meal back on our apps. He did put a couple little things. Didn’t add up to nothing we paid. Then when we went to use the next week it was taking off. Didn’t get to use at all. They kid’s that are working there don’t care how they talk when people come through. I love there food this is my favorite place for breakfast or lunch. I’m just getting to think. I can’t go to regency location.. Makes me sad because it’s so close to me on my way out.

This location is going down hill. I was there the other night and ordered a salad. They couldn’t be bothered to put my chicken in the salad themselves. They put strips in a box and I had to cut it up and add it myself. Then when I get the bag, there’s no dressing ( I had asked for avocado ranch) I say there’s no dressing in here and the kid replies with oh we don’t have any more of that dressing. OK so you weren’t going to offer me anything else or say hey we’re out of that is there another dressing you would like. I guess I was suppose to eat it dry. Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service and this place over time has become seriously lacking in that department.
