7/6/23 Chicken sandwiches and food are good, but the restaurant was very crowded and limited in space. Yes, there were plenty of places to sit and eat, but the tables were in close proximity and not friendly for people with disabilities as far as space goes. It’s hard to maneuver walkers and rollators through the restaurant because the tables are so close together. But the place is clean, employees are friendly and courteous, and they get your order out fast. Prices aren’t too bad either, about $12 per meal. I have a bone to pick with their ketchup packets, though. NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY! Their extremely hard to open, the tabs hard to pull off. If you look at the photo, it says the word “pull back and peel.” I am sorry to say, there was nothing to pull back. The foil was completely flat. And the white tab at the end that you’re supposed to pull off, was difficult to manipulate, too. I had to take a pen and stab the ketchup packet to get it open. Please bring back the old fashioned McDonald’s ketchup packets, the kind that you can actually open. These new packets look great; I’ll give it that, they look jazzy and cool. But it does no good if you’re fighting with it for ten minutes, especially if you’re disabled, lack strength and have severe arthritis in your hands.

This Chick-fil-A is walking distance from my daughters apartment, so I stop in frequently for a snack when I’m visiting. I really like the grilled chicken nuggets. The staff are very nice here. The only thing I don’t like about this location is once in a while there are people who ask you for money while you are in line inside the restaurant. Not sure why they don’t stop those people from coming in because it’s the same people doing it most of the time. Maybe the restaurant can give them the left over food at the end of the day instead of letting it go to waste.

Very busy with a long line, but service was still fast. Tables and floor were a little messy, but they had an employee cleaning up back and forth. No bathrooms were available when we were in. Food was great like always, we were not given hand wipes with our order tho. They have a security guard too I think.

As a Georgian, literally the worst chick-fil-a service. They consistently get my orders wrong and they’re not complicated. I ask for no pickles. They give pickles every time. They forget condiments all the time. Just…triple check everything. There’s little, if any, quality control.

I give this place three stars because the lady who took my order, Lauren she gave me a very rude attitude, and I didn’t like it, but I need Miss Johnny is super sweet on the other hand and got us everything we needed. I thank her very much for giving me outstanding customer service. I’m also not sure who the guy was who helped me today as well, but props to you as well. Thank you for your amazing customer service as well.

Okay, Hey! So I’ve had food from here on more than one occasion & I cannot for the life of me remember why I went back. The chicken tenders were dry and barely had any meat on them, just crunchy breading. The Mac and Cheese taste like it was made on Sunday & warmed up on Friday! The sprite tastes like it came out of a rusted pipeline. Customer service is alright, no complaints, but I will NOT be back for more food. Sorry, not sorry. *throws tomatoes*

It was good fast food. It wasn’t anything special. However, it is slightly better than McDonalds. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and grilled chicken nuggets with Buffalo sauce. The nuggets were ok, but the sandwich was delicious. What also made me rate it higher than average was the service because the staff were very friendly.
