Went by this morning and the lady who attended me was with a “just there” attitude. So sad because you expect to feel welcomed and leave happy from there. Most employees are always welcoming and have a great attitude that makes you feel happy and cheerful. So sad that they’re just like the rest.

Went to get some food after a long 14 hour drive good food and very fast service for them being busy, I definitely thought food was going to take a while but I was wrong it was ready in less then 20 minutes. Everything was very delicious and warm. The cashiers are also bilingual which comes to be very helpful around that area. Definitely will stop by again when I decide to travel again. Spent about $85 definitely worth it.

Horrible Service! This is the first time I’ve been here since it opened. All tables were dirty, I had to clean my table. and not to mention trash over-filled the bins, and trash all over the floor- employees would pass by numerous times and wouldn’t even bother picking up but rather comment loudly that there was trash. I ordered off the menu to which they told me they didn’t have that item anymore mind you I ordered at 9:15pm. The cashier kept joking around with team members.

Always get my order wrong. One time I ordered curbside. The team member that brought my order asked for my name, looked at the name on the order and gave it to me. I was missing a drink and let her know, she rolled her eyes and went to go get it. I looked at the bag & it had a completely different name on the order. I let her know and again she made a face. Today, I was missing a sandwich and it’s not the first time it’s happened. Ever since this chick fil a moved to the highway their service has tanked. It’s only at this particular chick fil a that the team members act this way.

Ever since CFA moved to their new location on San Dario, customer service has gone down tremendously! I’ve never experienced worse customer service at any other location other than this location. The drive thru is no better than take out. Drive thru takes longer than expected and once you’re about to get your order, the car in front of you has not received their order so you’re waiting behind that car to leave and your food gets cold. For take out, there will only be one employee taking orders while the line is at the door. Employees look lost and will have other employees yelling to bring orders out faster creating a chaotic environment inside. After waiting 20 minutes to receive my order, employees get my orders wrong 10/10 times and have to wait longer for them to correct it. I hope this post saves other customers the trip of going, never spend your money at this location!

40min on drive thru is crazy… I get to the speaker to order and nothing. I thought maybe it wasn’t working, but when I get to the front and tell her I haven’t ordered yet, the girl makes a face and gets annoyed? Like???? And to top it off the egg and hash browns were all burnt and no condiments smh..
