Hadn’t been here since my college days, so I was interested to see how well it held up. Turns out, pretty well. The price has definitely gone up on the chunks and fries, about $15 after tax! Chicken was hot and fresh. Could’ve been more seasoned, but that’s what the big chick sauce is for. Overall, still a hood gem.

This is one of those places you always hear about. A local institution where you just have to be patient and go with the flow but you’ll be rewarded. That chicken sandwich should have a gold medal, and even though you’ll hurt yourself trying to finish the chicken chunks and fries in one meal, you’ll try anyway. Will repeat. Cash only.
