So I LOVE Chicken Express! Takes me back to my West Texas Days when my Daughter and I would make the trip from San Antonio to San Angelo, TX; always one of our Favorite stops for eating on the road! Even more, takes me back to my childhood as only place I know where you can order Gizzards (Love ‘Em)! Here in Bryan, TX location Rocked it—fresh food; fast service; tasty Tea; and, most importantly, Great Friendly Service! Brought out my food to me (at a fast food joint); repeated my order for accuracy; free refills; and even checked in on me in the middle of my meal! Come see these Great Folks at Chicken Express—even if it’s just for the Gizzards!

My order does not have mash potatoes , I didn’t ask for them , they’re not on my receipt either . I asked for a #1 – 4tender combo, including corn nuggets, and a corn on the cob. Gravy and a roll. I seen my food when I got home (far from there) I seen mash potatoes in my box ,instead of corn nuggets, they just gave me the wrong side. The communication was excellent.

Horrible experience, ordered at drive thru. I asked 3 times for honey mustard sauce, of course they forgot which is fine so I went inside. I told the guy at counter I ordered honey mustard sauce he said that’s no problem its $1.72. I was like you must be joking I already paid, he said that’s nice. Made me pay. Will never ever go here again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Chicken Express. Ordered tenders and cheese sticks. After waiting 20 minutes at the back of the building, where they told me to go, I finally parked and went in. Place was total chaos many people waiting, I asked for my money back and said that I didn’t want my food, which wasn’t even made yet. Took almost 10 more minutes just to get my money back, I tried to give the manager the coin change from the $20 bill I had used so I could just have a $20 back and she blew me off. 30 minutes later I have no lunch, a pocket full of loose change and bad attitude.

We love Chicken Express, & eat at locations regularly, so I was disappointed to be nickled & dimed by this one. Ordered fried pickles & had to ask for ranch. My husband ordered hot wings. When he asked for ranch, he was charged for it. The food was consistent as always, but I’ll stick to locations that aren’t more concerned about their $.80 than they are their customers.

Ramon I think he is very, very, very unprofessional. My husband orders the same thing everything for me. #4 Liver and gizzard the big order with both liver and gizzard. Today the did not place ord we the way he said it and my husband dropped it off for me at work and left. When I finally sat to eat the order was all gizzard. I can’t leave work, he wouldn’t remake it and my husband is on the other side of town. So absolutely inconsiderate to gas prices and then he was so rude on the phone and said well If we had ordered it properly we wouldn’t have had an issue. Just absolutely horrible service and management Mr. Romon was the worst. Zero customer service!

Im never disappointed when ordering from Chicken Express. My food is always hot and delicious. My orders were correct. The cashier repeated my Order to confirm the accuracy, when ordering and at the pick up window. Staff was/is courteous and thanked us for coming. They have the juiciest breasts, ever.
