Updated 6-15-23 won’t be back, ordered the same broccoli salad as a side that I always order, in the drive thru, opened my food and I have some odd pasta salad instead. No big deal right? I’ll just go swap it, but NO, according to the guy with a long pony tail , blue shirt and vest at the front counter, I supposedly agreed to pasta salad and that’s what they had for me I had I to accept it, I was about in tears over how he was treating me, I didn’t even place the order, I was a passenger, my daughter ordered for me, and never once did she mention pasta, but that guy was so rude and insisted that I had to take the pasta and I wasn’t getting what I ordered and paid for. Finally after being talked down to for several minutes, a nice lady in a red shirt came over and told him it was fine and got me my broccoli salad, by FAR the worse fast food experience I’ve ever had with an employee

Me and my daughter wanted to try something new, and it was absolutely delicious. We love it all besides the cookie, but it’s not that bad. I would still eat if I had to, it’s not disgusting but not delicious either. Thank you so for the delicious food! ❤

Wife picked up 2 fancy nancys sandwich’s, with sides, broccoli salad and a potato soup. Got it home and the containers had been stood on edge in the bag instead of flat. Both spilled out in the bag, was a total mess. The soup was in tact but the container was a mess as well. I called the store got to manager “A” , was apologetic, come in and we will replace your order sorry for the inconvenience.

I love CSC! The food is so good and on your birthday, you get a free Chick meal (with the app)..My favorite is the Buffalo chicken salad. We have even catered through them, and everything was delicious!

I was a lil saddened by the fact that the price has gone up. I know everything is going up, but this is a restaurant that serves chicken salad, not hot food like steaks & grilled chicken with hot sides. I used to get the Chick Trio which has always been $2.00 more to get another scoop. Now you’re basically paying that for The Chick. Sad to say, but my husband says that it’s getting too expensive now so he may not let me go here anymore..

I went and picked up lunch for my coworkers and me. Aletheia made it an awesome experience. She was even helpful enough to write the names on the bags so all I had to do was pass out the bags to my coworkers. I got the trio, see my picture. It consisted of the Classic Carol, Sassy Scotty, and the Broccoli salad. I could make a meal off the Broccoli salad alone!!!!
