Me and my husband went there for dinner we are just visiting!! And wanted to try something new and were craving Chinese food and they looked like a nice place , some of the food was dry and there was only a couple things that tasted good. We payed full price to sit down and have dinner and when we were finished we asked one of the employees for a box for our left overs since it was a buffet we assumed it would be okay to fill it up since I did pay their stupid prices for small amounts of food with no complaints when we tried to leave with our To go boxes which was told was okay when we were about to leave the restaurant one of the employees started getting really angry with us and wouldn’t let us leave wanted me to pay the same price over again and we tried to tell them we asked and they treated us like we were stupid. So we just left our to go plates on the table and quickly left it was super ridiculous. If I could give a 0 star rating I would I will never go back 🙂 I would like to eat at a restaurant with polite people not immature money monsters .

Solid American-style Chinese food, good quantity for the price and pretty fast, too. Chicken was packed into the tray and I was happy to find some meaty broccoli crowns, too, stems and all.

Was there late night and the buffet was still well stoked, everything was as fresh as you would expect an hour before close and the people were very Friendly. The buffet was very delicious and and a lot of American style foods as well as Chinese.

Solid buffet. It is smaller in size but that means that the food was more fresh. They bought out fresh food multiple times while we were there. Not the best Chinese food I’ve had in Pittsburgh…but that’s not the point of a buffet is it.

The staff was extremely friendly and the food was okay. The food selection was small and most of the rice and noodles were hard or chewy. Personally I think the price was high for the small selection and the prices listed on their website don’t match in house.

I have been eating at China Garden for years. I don’t go as often as I used to, but each time I go they do not disappoint. This most recent visit I got vegetable rolls and chicken & broccoli w/white rice. The rolls were a little more oily than I remember, but still good. The broccoli was cooked perfectly!!!! I don’t know how they make it crunchy and tender all at the same time LOL the chicken was good too. I would have liked less soy sauce used during preparation, but it was still good! The rice, as always cooked perfectly. Buttery and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my food.

You have officially lost a customer for life I will never eat at your establishment again your portion sizes are atrocious what are you feeding Ethiopians. The the food had absolutely no flavor I’ve tasted cardboard boxes with more substance. Although there was a prevalent burnt taste as if scorched Earth was a flavor. The cheese wontons had such a small dollop of cheese that in all honesty if you bit too hard and too much you won’t taste anything.. my spring rolls with shrimp were burnt how exactly they managed to burn my egg rolls is beyond me. If I could give them negative Stars I would screw this place go to ambridge

Have been eating here for occasional lunch for years. Great place for lunch not your typical small (15 ways to cook a potato ) buffet.. staff do not lurch over you even if your eating with a bunch of “Heavy Hitters”. Place is clean and we’ll run. Good place for a quick lunch…
