I’ve been coming here for years! I realized I never left a review and as someone that likes reading them to see how good a place is I wanted to share my experience here. The staff is friendly and the food is always delicious! It’s definitely at its best when it’s early afternoon. Their bourbon chicken is delicious! I get the regular and the spicy one. I would definitely continue to be a long tome customer !

The orange chicken is one of the best I’ve tasted in the city. The food is worth the drive

Zero stars, my friend recently ate there and in an hour she started experiencing food poisoning symptoms, the next day she went to the doctor and it turns out she got food poisoning, warning to anyone: DO NOT eat there because cleary they’re unhygienic or too cheap to cook fresh food everyday

Wouldn’t be surprise if we are not eating real chicken. The burbon chicken and spicy chicken both was slimy, weird texture and had gristle bones in it.

Not sure why people have such bad reviews China Max in north riverside mall is DELICIOUS. They always have good Food they even let you try all of their stuff before you decide what you want. Therefore if you don’t like what you tasted Taste something else then. the Food is always Fresh. One thing I don’t like is how a certain Asian employee there tries to Pressure you into spending a little more. If I said I want one entree that’s all I want. It’s still cheap just a dollar more and for less than $8 you will be filled up by their food. They satisfy your hunger for a pretty low price.

Me and my friend both ate here before and had the same bad experience. The food tasted good at first but then we had a horrible after taste that made me not want to eat anymore. The chow mein first off should not be sweet and orange because it is made with lots of sodium and the orange chicken has a strange color. But the teryaki chicken was the only thing I wanted to finish on my plate. But after we stopped eating we felt a little sick inside that we regreted eating there. I would have given this a 1 star but I feel like china max deserves a chance at least with the teryaki chicken but everything else is bad for you and very unhealthy.
