This is honestly just the worst Chipotle location anywhere. Despite the fact that there has been an issue literally every time I’ve gotten food (or tried to) here, I convince myself every couple of months that it’s not as bad as I remember and that it’s worth it for the convenience. Turns out, it IS as bad as I remember and it is NOT worth the convenience.

Got a pickup order tonight. Asked for extra lettuce, sour cream on side and no cheese. And – this is what I got. I chose a 6:50 pickup time, got there at 6:52, walked the 2 minutes back to my place and the chicken is completely cold. I don’t care how convenient the location is, this is the worst experience I’ve had.

I had a chicken burrito. Do they season their food anymore? Chicken was bland and slightly overcooked. Rice had none of the lime flavor. I’m reliant on the pico de gallo for some flavor. They charged the burrito more but still won’t fill it up.

I was excited that a chipotle is now so close to me. It’s Chipotle so it’s good, but jeez. They always out of EVERYTHING! I thought maybe because I go there close to closing (10pm) that’s the reason. But when I go early as 6 or 7pm it’s the same thing! ‍♂️

I was so excited for this chipotle to open because it’s a 1 minute walk for me. But it is so sad that they have only been open about 1 week and they have so many bad reviews already. they are completely understaffed and every time i’ve gone they’re out of everything, not sure how things operate but they need to be better about their inventory. they also skimp your food and barely give you any food like other chipotle’s. out of chips, out of rice today. i mean come on, as a business you should be embarrassed about the amount of bad reviews you have within 1 week of opening…either they need new employees or a new manager or i don’t know…but i don’t understand why open up another location if you can’t even make sure you have basics ingredients that people want to eat and today they put a giant chunk of ungraded cheese in my bowl!!!! literally what lol, whoever the owner or manager is, needs to stay on top of their employees and their business. or go back to being an employee if they can’t handle the basics of a business. biggest lesson on owning a business is to always make sure you have enough inventory and THEN some, you’ve been open 1 WEEK!!!!!!!!! and idk maybe they have enough and their employees aren’t prepping the food either way step it up. you could have made a better first impression of a new location.

I’m sorry to report that this is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. I went twice right after they opened and had a bad experience both times but figured they were brand new, still working out some kinks perhaps, and that they’d get better with time. I regret to inform you that I was incorrect. I went back last week, ordered on the mobile app because one of the first times I went I ordered in the restaurant and had to wait over 20 minutes even though there was barely a line at all, and they completely jacked up my order. My bowl was completely missing sour cream and mild salsa. I asked for extra lettuce and got barely any lettuce at all. Plus there was too much rice so there was barely any of all of the other ingredients. I tried to go through the process on the app of saying my order was incorrect due to multiple missing toppings. I was offered a free drink when I return but I just wanted my bowl to be made correctly :/ I will not be going back.

I’m gonna attribute a majority of the previous reviews from a couple months ago to new location jitters and them getting into the flow of everything. I’d go to say that in (at least) the Richmond area, they’ve become the most consistent Chipotle around from my POV.

Stopped for dinner. There was no steak, no fajita veggies, no lettuce…and so much more. They refused to restock the line with more than an hour before close. Got a burrito and the entire thing was mostly cheese, barely any chicken. Most chipotle restaurants are going down hill. This one just opened and already starting off horrible. I do not recommend this location at all. Terrible experience.
