I’m just disappointed Chipotle. This mess is unacceptable. Plus, waiting over 15 minutes after the quoted pickup up time on one burrito is pretty tough. I’d give one star but clearly Chipotle has to do more with staffing. Maybe that’s still a post covid issue? Still, you’ve got to clean this mess up.

Started off poor and didn’t get any better. Was ignored upon arrival. Burrito bowl was made for employee in front of me had massive amounts of chicken. Then I go next and it is halfway full. The portions were so small that I told them not to bother and I would go somewhere else. For the money they charge you should at least get normal full size portions. It seems that unless you work there, you will get a Taco Bell sized burrito.

It’s very upsetting when you guys close at 11pm and a whole list of items are out. How are you guys running a business. It would be appreciated if you post it on the door or close at 9. In all honesty I’ve worked in the restaurant business before and I understand people want to clean up and go home by a certain time but how do you run out of your proteins it’s very sad!!!!!!!!

My tacos were tasty, but the side of guacamole was disgusting. I ordered my lunch at 11:00 a.m. so it should have been fresh, but it was brown and slimy when I opened the container. Clearly it was left over from the day prior.

This location closes at 11:00pm but if you go there any time after 7:30, they will be “out of” most line items and sometimes they have no chips. This used to be a great location but has gone downhill so much over the last several months.

They charged me for the chips I wanted, handed me my bad with no chips when I called for a refund, I had to call 8 times before someone picked up the phone. Each time it went to “voicemail full” so I couldn’t even leave a message.

They’re out of everything. No black beans, no sour cream, no queso, no fruit.. who’s doing the ordering? It’s ridiculous. Should be half off without the beans, that’s almost half the calories from the meal.
