I am from out of state . I drive semi trucks for a living this is the worst chipotle that i have ever had in my life . I hope the manager or management reads this . I love chipotle’s food my favorite, but this place is something else . They forgot my chips my bowl had no cheese no fajita peppers or onion . The amount of meat wow incredible so small . I got everything except beans & usually at chipotle they have a hard time closing the lid well here are some pictures . -10 Stars

Ordered on the app a burrito and large chips and queso. Picked up my order and there were no chips and and small cup of queso not to mention the TINIEST burrito I’ve ever seen. No note on my bag, no number to call, no explanation, no nothing. This location is constantly out of things and is understaffed. Never been so disappointed with chipotle

If I could give a zero star rating I definitely would. This Chipotle is the WORST one I’ve ever been too. I’ve lived Downtown for over 4 years. in the past few years it’s completely went downhill and I’m not sure why for sure a great location in a tourist town. I usually go in towards evening time, and anytime I’ve went in past around 6pm they’ve literally out of most things. always out of lettuce for salads, never ever have grilled onions/peppers, never fresh rice, and tonight no sour cream either! and the steak that was there was extremely over cooked. they were cleaning the grill tonight when I went in around 8:30, but they’re open until 10/11. that should be done when they’re closed. If they know there’s going to be a dinner rush things should be prepared ahead of time. It looks horrible everytime I come in. tonight will probably be my last visit for a very long time until I hear of changes being made!

I don’t like writing bad reviews but Chipotle is on my “do not” eat list. A dirty restaurant when it’s empty – basically anytime a restaurant is open up guests – is a HUGE pet peeve. This one is filthy. All tables are dirty and have been this way for the past 30-45 minutes I’ve been here. Floor is dirty, chicken behind counter is on a counter with a random knife, floors need to be swept. Just nasty!!! It’s literally less than six people (including us) in here, and I am watching. Good thing I didn’t order food. My kids were so hungry that they caved. I just couldn’t. I can’t. Beware. It’s only 9:42 pm and it’s open until 11. They are are at least five people behind the counter. Manager and owner should come secret shop this location. Empty restaurants = terrible!!!

Been going here for 3 years. The quality has only decreased each time. I ordered a bowl with more than 8 ingredients/toppings and received only 4 of them. Constantly out of ingredients and has stopped even informing patrons that they are out. The staff is kind, but they have major supply chain issues and do not fill up the bowl. Hope they sort their supply issue out.

I waited AN HOUR for my burrito, chips, queso, and drink. After the hour I received my burrito but nothing else and was told they were out of chips and queso. I wasn’t offered a refund and never received my drink. I was very sad but the burrito was buss so it was fine I guess.

Filthy dining room and the staff was rudeza and unwilling to clean the tables when asked. Instead, she asked “where do you want to sit? Weaver been busy all morning.” And followed up with the youthfully ignorant roll of the eye. The table she did clean was still dirty… We asked to see a manager but one never came out. The food was great, hence the 1 star. This is a big day for downtown, 2nd Sunday on King so the owner of this business is looking out by allowing the business to fail miserable. Judging the preciousreview, the business owner doesn’t care. The reputación of Chipoltle gets the business but the experience will shuttles it down soon

Awful! Visited this store on random Tuesday, around 2 pm and they didn’t have rice or any fajita vegetables ♀️ Additionally, several customers were in line waiting while they prioritized online orders. After finally placing my order (to go), I went to grab plastic ware and they were out of forks. When I asked one of the employees, all they did was walk over to where that area was, and grabbed the box of plastic forks from under the counter and then they placed the box on top, without really putting the plastic ware where it should go. I don’t know, Chipotle used to have much better service 10 years ago. It’s really gone down hill in my opinion.
