Went through drive thru. Girl was rude, barely spoke a word to us. Didn’t really care because customer service is non existent these days.. but then when we got home we noticed that the cap wasn’t pressed onto the side of the soir cream and it spilled all inside our bag. Why are majority of Chipotles such trash now? Bad leadership

Normally not crowded. Today, employees were very disorganized with at least 15 people waiting. Food not ready, as if they were not expecting customers. Tables unclean. Kitchen area messy. Felt dirty. Did not want to eat food prepared by employees who looked unkept.

Ordered burritos and chips. However, after picking up our order and getting back home, we realized that the chips were missing. Had to return to the restaurant to ask why. It’s was until then that we were told they run out of chips and we had to call customer service to ask for a refund. I’m wondering why 1) the place didn’t tell us the missing chips when we first picked up the order. 2) if we didn’t go back and ask for chips, would they just pretend everything was fine? 3) why cannot they issue a refund immediately on site but asked customers to call for a refund?

(OCTOBER 7 2021) I’m changing my review from 5 stars to three… Like many restaurants they seem to be struggling to properly staff this location & as a result the place is very dirty… the employees were friendly but restaurant is not functioning properly. The sad part of this is this location has only been open less than 6 months… I have gone to several Chipotle locations in metro Detroit and they are all dirty and poorly staffed. I am honestly concerned about food poisoning & will no longer be getting food at any Chipotle Mexican Grill.
