I normally really like Chipotle for a quick and affordable lunch or dinner, but this location needs work. I ordered a veggie bowl online for pick up, and it was barely full and had too much salsa. Plus, they had long lines to order food, so that may contribute to why orders are not being made correctly. Hopefully, they can do better.

The worst Chipotle in all of Chicago. Hostile stuff, poor food quality, small portions. Consistent turnover of the individuals working there. I believe this location has extremely poor management in place that has forgotten about treating their customer the right. Please do not go here and take your money elsewhere.

This team seriously make long lines move fast without botching the orders. I totally commend their professionalism and friendliness. But why so much salt? One other time I watched the guy preparing the rice put so much salt in it I litterally could not believe it and almost yelled that’s enough! Lol. The rice, salsa & the guac were loaded with salt making it the dominant taste of my meal. Seriously moderate the salt so the we can taste the food too.

This chipotle is ridiculous. Why does it say the close at 5pm? Came in at 4 pm and the person who was to serve the food was so rude . She did not want to work anymore. Most of the tables were closed off so had to sit at a high top which I do not like and to top things off they closed the bathrooms and I asked and they were not planning on re opening them. If they want to close at 5 everything needs to be fully operational until then. If not, close at 4. Rude.

They gave an embarrassingly little amount of food. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with guac and all the fix ins for Delivery. It came with maybe 4 or 5 small pieces of chicken. There was less than a teaspoon of guac (for $4 extra). Couldn’t find the sour cream. I basically paid $20 for a bowl of Rice to be delivered to me. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Double Protein is a scam. I hardly got a single portion off steak when I ordered burrito bowl today for lunch. Picked up food on way into work and didn’t get to eat until I got off just to find I paid an extra 10 dollars for nothing. Pretty disappointed.

This location is awesome! You don’t have to worry about not getting enough meat when you order from here. Also, if you pre-order for easy pick up, your order is always ready at the time you wanted. The staff is friendly, and they make sure the tables and floors are clean. This has become one of the only locations I order from.
