Rude employees. I got a bowl and the guy messed it up, put hot sauce on it instead of corn. He asked if i wanted it re-made, I said yes because I don’t like hot sauce. Both employees rolled their eyes at me and put LESS in the re-made bowl than the first one! Like it’s my fault they messed up my bowl.. so rude.

Update: I visited this place again, and everything was perfect. The employees were helpful and friendly, they put generous amount of food in each plate, and the place is clean. Specially the cashier – a young lady with smile on her face – is awesome. Before changing this review, I went to this place a couple of times to make sure that it is not a one time experience. I am changing the score from 2 to a strong 5!! Hopefully they can operate this way in future and stand with their new standards.

Watched a worker mixing a bowl of rice COUGH DIRECTLY INTO THE RICE, which was then placed into the rack for service to customers’ meals. After being shorted on ingredients countless times at this location, I am finally DONE with this location. The tables are always dirty, the employees are dirty with long ragged hair that has fallen in my meal before, and are obviously clueless when it comes to food sanitation procedures. Usually been a Qdoba guy down south but thought I’d try a Chipotle around here. Terrible experience, not sure if its the location. Someone needs to learn how to cook rice… Soak it in water for a bit or something. The rice I got was rock hard it was disgusting. Small portions, funny tasting meat. Terrible experience makes me not want to try another Chipotle. Might just be this location

I don’t know who was on service tonight doing the Uber eats orders, but I ordered a chicken bowl around 6pm and honestly.. 10 out of 10. Give that worker a raise, they gave beautiful proportions, didn’t skimp out on anything. The ratio of every layer was wonderfully balanced. Thank you to this great worker, made my night!

This location will cheat you out of your rewards. You need to wait 48 hours excuse is a lie. Calling customer service number offers no help except acknowledgement that there is an issue with their rewards system. Complete failure on corporation part for not addressing this issue!

There’s an employee here, I believe her name is Kaliyah, who’s extremely rude, I heard her cuss out another employee. I’ve never had a bad experience but this woman makes me never want to return. Luckily I didn’t have to interact with her, but she clearly needs help because no one should ever treat another human the way she was treating her coworkers. Hope she gets some help
