I have been a customer of chipotle restaurants for many years. Today I was treated horribly at this location, I was denied from ordering a quesadillas. I was told I had to place my order online for whatever reason. I asked the manager to make an exception since I did not know about any changes but her answer was NO with an attitude! They were not even busy. I left with a bad taste in my mouth! Poor customer service! Incident: May 18, 2023 @ 5:45pm.

I ordered three steak fajitas and was given two of them without any steak at all, and the other one had literally three pieces of steak in it. All three were 90% rice. When I asked about the lack of steak, they refused to fix it and were completely rude about why I would even be inquiring. The person who said she was the manager, refused to tell me her name.

So I usually order from the chipotle app for my break, because I have to get it quick and go back to work. Well last time I had ordered my food I took it all the way to work and when I opened it a third of the ENTIRE bowl was missing, like it looked like the food was just scooped right out of my bowl, or someone got a little hungry and the tiny bit of rice that was even in there was not cooked properly. They’re pretty stingy with serving sizes. I Don’t recommend this location 🙁

Worst location there is. Staff is rude and just talk stuff under their mask and start laughing. My boyfriend asked for a double wrapped burrito and they didn’t even wrap it. When we brought home it looked more like a taco then a burrito.
