I used the app to order my food, and then called to ask if they’d bring out my bag due to my disability. The manager, Carlos, brought my food out to me promptly and was friendly and seemed genuinely glad to be of help. My food was made exactly as I ordered and was a very enjoyable lunch! Thank you!

This location is not only dirty but unorganized. It is the only location who does not utilize their pick up shelf? So you are supposed to walk up to the register and cut the line to pick up your order apparently. Today I waited in the short line of people ordering because I didn’t want to cut in front of people to ask for my pick up order since it wasn’t on the shelf and never is. When it was my turn and I could finally talk to an employee I let her know I had a pick up order and she replied with that’s down there pointing towards the shelf. But the orders are never on the shelf. Pretty stupid the way they run things at this place, why have a pick up shelf if you aren’t going to use it? Making it more difficult on yourselves and makes the traffic flow of the place confusing and inconvenient.

Attitude ! This is less than a block from home so I run to this place for food. But the attitude of some employees are awful. They seemed annoyed when I ask for extra rice for example. I asked very politely and tell them that I will pay extra. They look at you annoyed! Sometimes they’re too busy singing and dancing so you just have to wait in line. I asked for an extra bag which I grab because it was by the register the lady with blonde hair commented and it seems like she wanted to fight, even after me apologizing.Just awful it makes you lose your appetite!

The night time staff is trash. No type of management. Hear me out, they close at 10pm, why is it 9:10pm & the grill’s are already being cleaned? They have a limited (if not any) supply of things left to pick from. No white rice, no brown rice, no pinto beans, no carnitas, no lettuce. What do you have then? I don’t expect to show up to any restaurant almost a whole hour before closing time thinking they won’t prepare me my food. Had I walked in 10-20mins before closing, sure I understand. But after me, a group of 7-8 people walk in. Hey guys we’re eating cheese & corn on a bowl, it’s all they left from now (9:13pm) til 10pm.(closing) Yupp. They walked out too. Y’all suck ️

I’ve been going to Chipotle for years but this was my first time going to this location. They were very courteous & fast and the restaurant itself was very clean. More importantly my burrito bowl was tasty and consistent as expected. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Went thru drive thru to pick up food. Sat for quite awhile and just got ignored. Saw several employees standing around, saw me and ignored me. Had to walk in. Was picking up food for someone else in my pj’s. Not impressed.

This is one of my favorite Chipotle locations as they are not created equal. I pass at least 3 chipotle restaurants that are closer to my home to get to this one. The food is consistently good and is always fresh. They also have some of the best guacamole.
