Their cash registers weren’t working but instead of shutting down, they just gave me my food for free. Much appreciated! Also my burrito bowl tasted good and the workers were nice to me. Portion size was good too.

Love cheap delivery, but the portion size here is absolutely minimum. Go to a different Chipotle this one gives off CheapSkate vibes. Weakest portion sizes ever. Avoid this location

False Advertising! I never order guac. – When I came in, they have a 2 foot QR code behind the counter that says “Get Free Guac. Today” I scanned it and made a chipotle account on the app. When the employee asked me what else I wanted I said I was going to get the free guac. “however it came in the promotion”. He just shrugged and put guac on my bowl. At the register, she asked her manager why the coupon wasnt working and he was too worried about scooping rice and ignoring her asking for help. She tried to charge me for guac after her manager, Diego, told her to charge me, not making any eye contact with me hoping I would just pay for guac and leave. I didn’t want to pay, so they scrapped the guac into the trash. It was lame to see a manager let his cashier just struggle like that and not talk to me directly, I’m standing right here just looking for an answer why “Get Free Guac Today” means anything other that that.

Don’t order online to be delivered. I’ve ordered double protein (steak & chicken) now three times and each time they’ve given me about half a scoop of one meat total. The food tasted old. The chips were stale. When I tried to complain, 1st, no one answers the phone there when u need to talk to manager. Only way to get through is pretend you need catering… Then someone answers. I was told someone would contact me. ,…… (Crickets chirp)…..

I order delivery quite often to my work near here (a salad usually) and no joke 9 times out of 10 they FORGET THE DRESSING (not to mention the fork!)!. Who wants a salad without dressing?? Please start including dressing with delivery salad orders that specify a side of dressing!! I’ve tried reporting it through the Chipotle website and they make me chat with a bot mindlessly to waste my time and nothing comes of it.

Workers are not friendly, they throw food together on online orders (seen it with my own eyes) when you pay for a large drink they give you a medium because they ran out of large drinks and then when you say something they tell you to call customer service for a refund. I went on a weekend and it was mostly empty place was filthy, workers uniforms were the same filthy. The female had an attitude as she threw orders together like she was annoyed she has to work, quality and quantity of the food was horrible and not what it should be. I contacted customer service and they returned my email basically saying they will be in contact with the manager there ..they did not even offer a free drink for my experience. With all the money they bring in you would think they could at least do that. I will never return to this location. Sloppy workers, sloppy food, Sloppy customer service.
