I went to chipotle last night and realized the employees lack customer service/greeting. I also realized the cashier employee had her hair down when it’s supposed to be held up. Her hair could easily fall into the food. I’m not sure what’s happening to some Lodi places but it seems like the employees aren’t in uniforms anymore or trying to look decent for work.

Love the food, & and have always been a fan, but I guess the owners must be having a hard time staying a float. I was told by a manager that the employees are being monitored on camera, and reprimanded, or fired for taking care of customers specialized requests such as seperating rice from a burrito bowl to be eaten on the side? NOT EXTRA RICE ,JUST IN A SEPARATE CONTAINER! You can no longer order extra anything without a crazy up charge! Also, absolutely no consistency on service, employees, or quality. The owners of this franchise should be ashamed. You are teaching the young generation of service industry employees NOT to take care of customers properly. If you can’t afford to keep your business running, then sell it to someone who can treat its patrons with dignity & respect! Your customers are why you are in business. Without customers, you have ZERO!
